事緣航機延誤，航空公司送咗啲飲食券比乘客。去咗幾間舖頭，都求其耍左我走就算。但係華御結店員非常有禮地解釋，佢啱啱先開返間舖頭，所以唔知用唔用得啲飲食券。然後佢打俾經理，幫我問吓。然後又請我留低電話，問到再覆返我。全程非常有禮貌。後來我就喺佢舖頭，消費左近$200。其實客人買嘢，除咗食物，仲係買你服務嘅。真係要讚！ continue reading
