下午時段放工後特意來到灣仔的【快樂餅店】來食麵包及蛋糕,見間鋪的裝潢都知好多年歷史,原來屹立了灣仔四十幾年歷史老餅店,在1979年已經開業了,枱頭一看已見到大大個紅色的招牌,還有花磚牆、古典綠白色格仔紙皮石的地板及玻璃趟門冰櫃等.....樸素的裝潢的老字號餅店,見証時代的變遷,經歷了年月的洗禮,仍保留了70年代的風味。想起中學時放學都經常都會去一些老餅店買麵包食,因為價錢便宜又抵食飽肚。長大後我也鍾情食舊式的麵包及蛋糕,特別是沙翁及紙包蛋糕 ,我排隊買包時,有個伯伯讚此店紅豆沙翁好食,特意揸車過來買,一口氣買了3個沙翁,聽到我都心動店中攦放了不少好金黃色的麵包、蛋糕等......燻黑了的焗盤盛裝起飽滿的麵包,款式不會太花巧,洋溢出懷舊情懷。鋪內有瑞士卷、椰撻、沙律卷、合桃酥、蛋撻、蝴蝶酥等.....可惜我都是眼寬肚窄,買番自己鐘情的麵包先。於是我也一口氣掃了菠蘿包$7、奶油筒$7、紅豆餡沙翁$6.5及紙包蛋糕$5.5,真是好滿足,菠蘿包味道一般,雖然大大個,麵包都鬆軟,但菠蘿皮晤夠脆,不過一讚就是菠蘿皮不會一咬就散。舊式奶油筒的水準比較出色,蓬鬆的酥皮食落都好脆口,而且牛油香氣比較香濃

於是我也一口氣掃了菠蘿包$7、奶油筒$7、紅豆餡沙翁$6.5及紙包蛋糕$5.5,真是好滿足,菠蘿包味道一般,雖然大大個,麵包都鬆軟,但菠蘿皮晤夠脆,不過一讚就是菠蘿皮不會一咬就散。
舊式奶油筒的水準比較出色,蓬鬆的酥皮食落都好脆口,而且牛油香氣比較香濃又重,筒內的奶油夠厚都好香滑,味道有少少鹹香。
紅豆餡沙翁食落都晤膩,但質感晤陪鬆軟,但紅豆餡算多且不會太甜。最後紙包蛋糕的蛋味濃郁,蛋糕質感軟綿,味道又不會太甜,簡單又好食。

整體麵包、蛋糕水準味道一般,勝在款式都好多,而且保留了不少懷舊、傳統港式麵包味道,兒時的回憶又返來了!!服務方面,店員的服務就不太友善,比較冷漠,但都有問必答。

I would recommend e cream cone to you👍🏻 which is a puff pastry filled with cream 🥳 
It is a Hong Kong style cream that you can find in another local pastry called "egg roll"🤤

灣仔, 你總會發現小時候的香港, 那個曾經的香港。美輪美奐的餅店, 什麼什麼國家來的過江龍, 比比皆是。要找到這麼舊式餅店, 只能在這些地鋪找到。快樂餅店, 完全沒被時代巨輪輾過, 東西都是那麼懷舊, 那麼樸素, 那麼貼地。以前從沒有光顧過, 但今天中午經過, 想起朋友提及這家還在賣忌廉筒的店家, 走入去想點個忌廉筒, 但最後吸引我的卻是這個肉鬆蛋卷 ($8)。滿滿肉鬆面和沙律醬, 中間夾著的是蛋沙律, 平實的生菜和蕃茄, 沒有花巧的材料, 甚至有點奇怪的組合 (蛋卷夾三文治餡)。一口一口的肉鬆, 你以為自己在吃肉鬆包, 卻有微微蛋卷的蛋香和甜味, 沙律醬, 蛋, 生菜和蕃茄的那一口, 是那三文治嗎? 不, 那是蛋卷的軟熱。美中不足的是有一邊的一口, 有點乾, 是風乾那種乾, 是否放了良久才有這個問題呢? 整體, 很好味嗎? 沒有, 很有驚喜嗎? 沒有, 但那份簡單快樂, 我找到了。連膠袋也是十分簡單。設計也是停留在八, 九十年代。灣仔區$8一個小小的下午茶, 我收貨了。笑臉給了那份懷舊的味道。

以前從沒有光顧過, 但今天中午經過, 想起朋友提及這家還在賣忌廉筒的店家, 走入去想點個忌廉筒, 但最後吸引我的卻是這個肉鬆蛋卷 ($8)。

滿滿肉鬆面和沙律醬, 中間夾著的是蛋沙律, 平實的生菜和蕃茄, 沒有花巧的材料, 甚至有點奇怪的組合 (蛋卷夾三文治餡)。

一口一口的肉鬆, 你以為自己在吃肉鬆包, 卻有微微蛋卷的蛋香和甜味, 沙律醬, 蛋, 生菜和蕃茄的那一口, 是那三文治嗎? 不, 那是蛋卷的軟熱。
美中不足的是有一邊的一口, 有點乾, 是風乾那種乾, 是否放了良久才有這個問題呢? 

整體, 很好味嗎? 沒有, 很有驚喜嗎? 沒有, 但那份簡單快樂, 我找到了。

話說前幾日要去灣仔做d緊要野...... 考試當然唔放過過海既機會睇下有咩好食Lunch 揀左間法國Crêperie 食,一落樓見到好多人係依間懷舊麵包店到排隊買野。我依d咁為食既梗係唔放過食好野既機會啦,見到一檯滿滿新鮮出爐既麵包,橱窗有我兒時既糧食.... 紙包蛋糕.... 老實講我唔太鍾意cream。旁邊有一小包一小包既蛋糕仔曲奇餅。林林總總花多眼亂,一下子都唔知買咩好,好想買雞批,但今晚又要出街食飯,免得壞左就浪費食物。係無時間之下,快速揀左菠蘿包同雞尾包。攞起手熱辣辣真係好開心,可惜最後比人食左個菠蘿包。而個雞尾包絕對有兒時回憶,隔日番叮都好好食,左面既椰絲勁多,真係推介👍👍😋

林林總總花多眼亂,一下子都唔知買咩好,好想買雞批,但今晚又要出街食飯,免得壞左就浪費食物。

係無時間之下,快速揀左菠蘿包同雞尾包。攞起手熱辣辣真係好開心,可惜最後比人食左個菠蘿包。而個雞尾包絕對有兒時回憶,隔日番叮都好好食,左面既椰絲勁多,真係推介👍👍😋

這天純粹路過 眼見是小B仔下午茶時間 佢鐘意蛋撻 買個回家俾佢食 自己鐘意食菠蘿包 就買左二樣回家吃雖然坐完程巴士 返到屋企都凍左 不過仍然驚喜 因為個曲奇餅皮嘅蛋撻 依然咁鬆 依然充滿牛油香氣 菠蘿包大個不在講 個皮好脆 個麵包好軟身 就係咁我同我個未夠二歲嘅B仔 有個好滿足嘅下午茶 上黎一望 後悔冇試佢嘅 熱狗 肉鬆包 同糯米滋 希望下次可以帶埋小朋友黎 食新鮮熱辣辣嘅 期待 期待!真係又好味 價錢又相宜 一流嘅懷舊麵包舖希望佢可以一直保存落去!
