印象中今一次竟是第一趟進入本地其一海鮮重鎮內吃東西。身為一個老饕,這可是一件不太尋常的事呢....西貢、布袋澳、長洲、南丫島、鴨脷洲....這好幾個出了名多海鮮吃的地方小弟都有留下不少的腳毛,但偏偏其中最為人熟悉的鯉魚門,小弟卻是十分的陌生....由比較熟路的舅仔帶路,於小巷之間穿穿插插,輾轉便來到差不多盡頭的這間海鮮店。安坐下後就立刻跑到隔鄰檔口去揀海鮮。象拔蚌、花甲、蟶子皇等皆盡要了,誓要大啖各款海鮮來止一止癮頭....歸隊後吃點皮蛋酸薑來清清味蕾。前者黃帶點流心不太澀苦水準不俗;後者則略嫌未夠酸也不夠辣,味道有點太溫吞了....贈送的木瓜豆腐魚湯亦見平凡,湯看上去呈奶白甚見對版,但呷入口卻不覺特別鮮甜,且木瓜的果甜似乎是滲不進湯裡頭。其好處則是它沒有尋常水平低的魚湯有的那份腥氣....接下來是一連串的海鮮攻勢....蟶子皇用了最慣常的豉椒炒去處理。蟶子是經我們精心挑選的,而且掌勺的炒功亦十分了得,所以弄出來的肉質是既爽甜又彈牙絕不會咬到一塊擦膠。唯一的缺點只是豉汁調較得太杰身且溫度不夠熱,絕對是浪費了那麼好的蟶子肉....象拔蚌點了兩種食法,此乃刺身加白灼也....個人的意見是蚌

個人的意見是蚌肉放進那皮蛋豆腐莞茜湯內經略灼後滋味是更佳的,若論其鮮味、甜及爽脆度是和刺身生吃比較實在是亳不遜色。莞茜湯底本身色頗深鹹度亦存在,由此亦賦予了象拔蚌多了一股鹹鮮,這當然是相得益彰了....

平常吃瀨尿蝦大多是下重蒜椒的,今天來個反璞歸真只用白灼就行。出奇的是那麼大只蝦肉竟沒比料想中的多,幸好肉本身沒有酶味且中央地帶還存在著一大條呈橙鮮色的膏,入口雖帶硬但卻甘美非常....

之前千叮萬囑叫侍者一定要下粉絲同煮但最後他竟漏單了....眼見客人太多若要加單的話便要等太久,唉....都沒有好氣去罵他,還是算了吧....

沒了最能嗦味的粉絲滋味自然就要減半。幸好花甲本身夠肥大肉厚鮮味十足,缺點則是有好幾只是有沙的,似乎是清洗得有點嗆促了。湯方面先充滿著花甲的甜再加上有蔥度及芹菜吊味底下,其味自不然不會太差的....

一家人都十分愛吃砵酒焗蠔。在揀海鮮時點了一杯桶蠔,以砵酒來焗之,也就很理所當然的....

蠔邊位脆囗,肉亦十分飽滿多汁沒腥氣。只是覺得砵酒帶來的香氣及甘味是未夠突出,而且配菜只有一大堆不入味的洋蔥而沒有了一向頗容易嗦味香氣也較重的紅蔥頭,亦是這味所能找到的缺失之一....

愛吃亦懂煑的舅仔來之前不住的大讚極力推介這一道,試過後果覺不負眾望 ---- 外皮相當的鬆化不油,就算是相隔了好一段時間後放入口仍是脆的;肉是肥多於瘦的脢頭,入口滿嘴皆是脂香油潤令人禁不住喝了聲采,而且最緊要是師傅在掛醬上的功夫是絕對一等一的,醬汁是微酸不刺鼻且全掛於肉面上,碟底是全不找到一攤油淋淋又紅噹噹的杰獻。這可說是近期嚐過最出色的咕嚕肉。最後就算已飽到極點也忍不住再encore多一份例牌....

特別的一提,隨碟還奉上一小份名聞鯉魚門的焗蜜糖合桃。一口肉加一口合桃,天下美味也....

另一味椒鹽豆腐也挺不賴 ---- 皮色金黃香脆而豆腐則非常creamy軟滑如絲涓;椒鹽略調得偏鹹但勝在辣度適中亦夠蒜香十分配飯或送酒....

菜芯莖甚為爽口沒有太淰有水準;魚湯稍為鹹了點但嬴在沒有下太多師傅,其鮮與甜味依舊健在。小友一吃便是大半碟了....

最後奉上的桂花糕,桂花香不算撲鼻但不太甜,還可以....

7月1日假期前去遠啲, 走左去鯉魚門食海鮮大餐。沿途不斷有餐廳SELL我地, 唔食開海鮮餐的我地係OPENRICE揾左間多笑既快樂酒家食大餐。椒鹽拉尿蝦好惹味, 外邊鬆脆, 內里肉質鮮軟。花雕蟹蒸旦, 第一啖食蒸旦好重酒味, 仲以為自已飲梗酒, 隻蟹就比啲酒搶晒啲鮮味, 食到尾仲有啲頭暈, 唔知係咪食醉左。最好味既不酒焗蠔, 隻蠔好大隻, 外脆內林, 本來以為桶蠔係一般貨色, 但係食落都幾有新鮮蠔味。烹調方式令呢個蠔成為今晚首選。飽魚都好大隻, 啖啖肉油泡墨魚不嬲都不是我杯茶, 同行友人覺得點配醬幾好味, 我反而中意清清地就咁食立魚, 本身條魚質數一般, 但係佢蒸得都幾好味好味桂花糕, 我食左大半碟

。其實好少地方真係會焗,呢度堅焗,但over Jor d,咁焗肉老左d亦唔入味,芝士太漏太濃有"lone"味。如果上粉走油再芝士汁炒最后先燒一燒個面會好味好多。

老人家想懷舊,依稀記得六十年代因事要慶祝,在此酒家吃過海鮮餐。碰巧這裡做團購,便用每位270元的價錢,去吃除夕晚餐。其實,最初也沒有什麼期望,只是2百多元一個人,會有什麼好吃?但今天早上,餐廳竟用whatsapp confirm我booking,嚇了我一跳,那麼先進啊,還問我會選擇什麼菜色!下午再打電話來,說蟶子沒有貨,換瀨尿蝦好嗎?老人家其實不能吃海鮮,叫店家換魚,他們答應換一條石班,真好!😃😃😃餐廳環境很光猛,又有夕陽斜照,裝修也雅緻。老人家簡直不信這是40多年前到過的酒家。大部分服務也不俗,只是個別侍應要多加注意態度。換碟很快。除了團餐,我們還加了砵酒桶蠔($140)和芥蘭$73), 份量很夠,要打包。食物份量很夠,薑蔥炒蟹很鮮甜和砵酒蠔最好吃,龍蝦如再多幾塊肉更好,元肉要蒸少幾秒,魚就很大條,老人家說3斤以上,不理是否游水的,上枱時也被這麼大條,嚇了一跳。但因大條,較嚡口。整體食物,以這價位,值!值!值!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We were not disappointed with the views or the decor, I had reserved a table ahead of time and we were given a large table right next to the window. I thought this restaurant looked newer and cleaner than the other restaurants that I've been to in Lei Yu Mun.

We got our seafood from Wang Lee Tai Pan, we had shrimp, tiger prawns, steamed fish, crab, lobster, clams, scallops on the shell and those scorpion-like things. Everything was very fresh and I thought the restaurant cooked each dish quite well. The lobster baked in cheese was notable because it looked like a mountain of mac & cheese when it came out, we were hesitant at first but people's expression actually changed once they took a bite, the lobster in cheese was delicious.

The only thing lacking here was the service - they were pretty slow at clearing our plates and we had to keep flagging the staff down to get new plates or refill our drinks. This place was also more pricey than the other restaurants in Lei Yue Mun, not factoring in the cost of the seafood, but I guess it was worth it for the better decor and view. I would come back again if I had an occasion to celebrate or to entertain overseas visitors.
