我們6個大人,揀左呢間酒樓食晚飯,由於有家人生日,一早準備左個生日蛋糕,上到去,叫經理幫我雪住(連蠟燭,切餅刀)。到我們食完所有餸菜後,叫侍應準備上蛋糕,侍應拎到出黎,竟然無曬我原本的蠟燭同切餅刀!明明膠袋入面有齊所有野,個侍應仲聲大大話本身係得個蛋糕,連蠟燭同刀都偷,有無搞錯!!!!!雖然環境清靜(因為得一枱客)...餸菜的味道亦不錯,但侍應的服務態度非常差!以後都唔會再去,不知所謂!!

4月7日系老公生日,所以約咗佢去食潮州菜,原先要食嗰個套餐係每位$368元,後經服務員介紹,每人加$100元,就可將原盅雞燉翅,改為紅燒潮州翅,經我哋同意就改咗喇。此套餐每人都可選擇一欵小菜,我哋要咗鹵水掌翼、豉汁蒸鱔。 一嚟就來咗碟鹵水掌翼,因係佢至愛,食咗幾件先記得未影相(所以碟掌翼影出嚟唔原整)!其餘每個菜一到,就先影好相才可以食!哈哈..................。依餐需然貴咗啲,但物有所值,除咗個蒸鱔食唔哂,其它都食清哂。味道好好,有機會會再黎。

中秋當日我地一家連同兄姐幾家人一起食晚飯, 懶得想就叫左個套餐食啦...味道真係唔錯個個都讚呀..特別個海參鴨掌炆得好入味好淋, 仲有一個唔知咩竹笙什菜既菜式都好正好好味, 炸子雞皮脆好有雞味, 反而我覺得個翅好一般啦好似唔係煮得好夠味, 其他菜式都好好...讚呀!!!

有朋友請飲,第一次來這裡,我這十年來大大話話去飲無八十都七十次,這裡的菜式值得一讚,第一料靚:包括乳豬件起皮又脆又薄,帶子,海參,大海班等都比其他酒樓好味和大件,尤其D翅,多到好似食麵咁,每味菜都被我們全圍人讚賞,一直讚到最後的飲麵,糕點,紅棗蓮子元肉湯圓糖水,和大大個的靚橙,我個人覺得只有鴻星酒樓可比,但鴻星的菜式以特別為主,這裡就靚料為主。不過人多圍多,好迫.

v.traditional chiu chou hot pot. satay soup base is fantastic. try the ho fan at the end, allow it to absorb the sauces, fan has texture too~ value for money as the pot is a set dinner which include 18 beef balls and beef, veg and ho fan. service is good, but abit over served. their ku fung tea is a must try too. overall is spacious and clean.

我家老闆決定來此店食晚飯, 菜式一早由部長幫忙老闆最後決定. 一來上了四式拚盤(炸蝦丸/炸魚餅/海"折"/(唔記得)最欣賞係炸物配既醬汁, 問過係咩名老人家答我潮州話最後都係唔知咩來, 算吧反正好味就得啦. 記憶中此醬汁在小朋友時代食過一二次後就無咩潮州菜館有啦.跟住d菜都係魚, 菜等..不過我最喜歡係潮州翅同埋龍蝦啦...yummy yummy呀. 甜品係用糖醬煮成既白果芋頭蕃薯, 我就覺得有水晶包會正d. 最後仲有糖醋面都幾香口, 不過縑煎得濃左少少....整晚d食物都好有水準, 大家食到飽到唔想行.(特別係我啦...因為我飽到第二日早餐都食不下.)正!

叉燒酥$14---十分鬆化!正!

奶黃千層糕$12---3件,最差呢樣!外層太過硬身,奶黃亦吾滑!

蘿蔔糕$12---3件,幾得幾乾身,但無蘿蔔味,口感亦無.

帶子菜苗餃$16---3隻,不俗!皮夠薄,煙韌,餡亦新鮮.但食吾到帶子.

埋單$172確實貴,隔離二宜樓12:45前都有早茶優惠,而且仲好食過佢.吾怪得得小貓3,2隻!

通常都會去這間酒樓飲下午茶,有很多點心/小食半價,當然都要好食啦!!不可不提這裹的豬腳薑,非常入味.很"林"但唔爛,D膠質......總之要食過先安樂.咸水角和豆苗餃也是必應之選,即叫即炸的咸水角,外皮香脆,裹面'煙un".豆苗餃皮薄晶瑩,好味.不過令我失望的是腸粉,竟然有漂白水味!!想不通要漂甚麼??
