除咗沙律，健康嘅飯餐係上環選擇唔算好多，咁啱有日放工行過見到，覺得幾得意就去試下。我叫咗海參雞件飯，包是日餐湯，燕窩另外比錢加。個飯返整體食完都算飽，嗌餐嘅時候見到商家圖好多餸，實際出到嚟份量還好，海參有一條、雞件大概7件、有幾款蔬菜片，味道超級無敵好食，有意外驚喜！但係⋯雞件都係胸骨、雞頸為主，唔係好多肉，大食人士要考慮一下。每日嘅餐湯都唔一樣，夠味、無味精，飲完唔口渴，但落咗好多茨粉最後變咗湯羹。不過計埋價錢，佢性格比都係值嘅😁 燕窩嘅配料就得水同燕窩，會額外附加一包糖漿，呢個就好抵食、真係啖啖燕窩好棉密，推介 continue reading
