有乜好得過三五友好坐埋一枱食好西~同友人們約左好耐話要到三聖村食平靚正海鮮好耐,終於成事!咁多檔海鮮,㨂左忠仔記買海鮮料,嘩!有蟹有螺有蠔有蚌有瀨尿蝦,想食乜就買乜,爽!所有材料大大隻又新鮮!買左$1400左右,約7人份量。之後行去興記,因為有出名既燒鵝!交哂所有料俾店員後傾下點煮,當然係最常見既煮法。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,砵酒生蠔,辣酒花螺,焗蟹,鼓椒蚌。店家大廚當然功架十足,夠火喉,啱啱好。呢間店都好多人食,坐左個半鐘隔離枱都換左兩枱人。

今天補祝同事生日飯,又是去食海鮮好日子,在香港,食海鮮地方選擇多,遠至西貢,鰂魚涌,長洲,近至流浮山,屯門三聖。今次就有機會同同事到三聖食海鮮,大家都十分期待,我們先到海鮮舖問問價,挑選海鮮,最後決定了第一間瀨尿蝦專門店,當然瀨尿蝦必買,其後買了聖子,扇貝及蜆。購買了海鮮後,便到興記去加料煮食。店員細心幫我們親自送到興記,到達餐廳後,老闆問了我們意見後,就決定這樣烹調,椒鹽瀨尿蝦,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,豉椒炒聖子,上湯粉絲蒸花甲。上湯粉絲蒸花甲,大大一碟,好吸引,花甲鮮甜,份量多,最重要是沒有沙粒(以往食花甲都是有沙粒)豉椒炒聖子,夾起一件長度幾有20cm長,而且又肥美,咬入爽口彈牙,鼓椒味好濃郁,好鮮甜,不錯。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,肉質肥厚,爽彈,唯有一感覺是炒得不夠脆身。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,真點有點失望,蒸得太老熟了,失卻了海鮮彈牙。最後在餐廳加了一個楊洲炒飯,很一般,味道淡,飯粒不夠乾身,加上價錢貴,很不推薦大家食。

蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,真點有點失望,蒸得太老熟了,失卻了海鮮彈牙。



最後在餐廳加了一個楊洲炒飯,很一般,味道淡,飯粒不夠乾身,加上價錢貴,很不推薦大家食。

一魚三味 – 芹菜炒斑塊、蒸魚腩及炆頭腩。我本身並不太欣賞魚類,但仍然忍不住吃了很多口。首先炒斑塊,主要賣點是沒有骨,啖啖肉,最合適怕骨的我。我想不用多說蒸魚腩的優點,可以說最能表現魚鮮味的烹調方法,一口就能知道一條魚新鮮與否。至於魚頭及魚骨部份,先以麵粉炸至乾脆,然後用蚝油炆一下。其實味道層次並不複雜,但是就十分適合用來作下酒物。哈,所以最後我們一行人都全清這碟。

今晚同家人慶祝生日,所以想試下這飯店,點知就上當了,最初食蒜蓉蒸元貝,以為只係這碟蒸過火,食落相當*鞋*,跟住蒸魚和花調蛋白長腳蟹身,蛋白一D都唔滑,即時問飯店負責人,他更然解釋我們買的魚是養魚,蛋白點解唔滑,竟然解釋係D蟹蓋D榚令到D蛋白唔滑,這間飯店真是不負責任的,下次打死都唔會再來。😡😡😡😡😡

現在香港食海鮮,雖然唔少地方,但底食大件新鮮唔呃秤的已經少之有少,三聖算是自買加工少數中比較呃得少又算平秤的地方。今晚來到興記,但這間出名偏偏是燒鵝一睇就知好肥的燒鵝,諗住皮脆肉嫩,第一口食胸就十分失望,肥就十分肥,皮硬唔係脆,肉唔嫩,髀肉還可以,不過味道唔差,酸梅醬幾好食。又是出名唔一定好。之後都是自買加工的,除了豉椒蟶子比較濃味外,其餘都偏淡味,由其蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。今次海鮮都十分滿意,在碼頭買了$1990海鮮。結帳是9斤加工費加燒鵝$1044,價錢算正常價。服務員都肯換碟,環境有點迫,不過都接受到。入屯門食海鮮,當然是三聖,燒鵝?算啦

趁著中秋假期要周圍去食下好野, 星期六訂了位去興記食海鮮我們自攜海鮮, 全部都在三聖村裡的海鮮店買的可能假期加上週末, 訂了台也要再等15分鐘才有位還好座位也算寬敞 , 我們8 人, 給了1 張12 人大台~店員會將所有自攜海鮮用筒裝好一拼帶到台邊, 然後逐一下單這次遇到的店員都很正常, 不算很有禮貌 , 但至少跟單很足除了海鮮, 這裡的燒鵝都很有名, 點了半隻這隻鵝有點肥, 味道賣相都OK 海鮮上菜速度都幾快, 食左一陣燒鵝已經陸續上台豉椒炒蟶子少少辣, 蟶子肉很嫩,不會炒過火鹽油水煮蜆幾清淡又帶點咸味, 唔錯上湯龍蝦跟伊麵底龍蝦同麵都好入味椒鹽瀨尿蝦很香口~鹽焗奄仔蟹只是用鹽焗已經好好吃, 這道菜應該唔需要花太多功夫 XD蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌蒸得恰到好處 可能今次好彩, 每款海鮮都煮得好食. 又冇甩漏,  當初都擔心假期會整得冇咁好食 煮功其次, 最重要係海鮮夠新鮮, 唔煮過火已經好好味買海鮮用了約HK$1,800興記加工費, 半隻燒鵝, 再加上點了一堆啤酒汽水 , 8 人賣單合共HK$1,500都幾抵食!
