環境一般,做得好難吃,上菜很慢,態度也不好,浪費我買的食材。不知道怎麼會剛剛炒好的蜆拿上來居然不是熱的,醬料糊糊塗塗的,很難吃;椒鹽鮑魚做出來是腥的,鮑魚沒有鮮味,還嚼不動,和之前在其它地方吃的區別很大;水煮蝦因為上得太慢,都有些死了不新鮮了;蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝沒有洗乾淨,裡面有沙,粉絲打結,基本沒有湯汁;炒聖子皇鹹得不得了,和炒蜆一樣,剛上菜就是溫的;芝士焗龍蝦做得很普通,燒鵝是唯一不難吃的。花了一千多加工費,吃得一點不好,再也不會去了

第七味 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝
呢個海鮮鋪呀姐話呢隻扇貝好少見 因為較大粒厚身 所以即使個殻好厚身會好重秤我地都決定要豪一次
結果係十分正確的 每人一隻 粒貝好大粒 好鮮甜 唔會蒸得過老
粉絲好夠味 其實食到呢個就已經好飽好飽

9月28日同家人一行12人到三聖食海鮮,第一次嚟~入到去8點幾,啲海鮮檔仲開門同埋有好多嘢買!買咗聖子、鮑魚、長腳蟹、花蜆、奄仔蟹就拎去興記加工,店員會問你點煮啲海鮮~1)豉椒炒蟶子 - 夠味有少少辣,超大條聖子好入味!2)油鹽水浸花蜆 - 啲蜆超甜,而且佢個湯好正,蜆啲海鮮水煮到出味,底有札粉絲吸埋啲湯,正3)鹽焗奄仔蟹 - 雖然啲蟹唔大,但好多膏,好味~ 呢個煮法值得推介!4)陳皮蒸鮑魚 - 鮑魚鮮甜,但普通咗啲5)上湯長腳蟹配伊麵 - 最貴係呢隻蟹,但呢碟煮完出嚟真係麻麻哋⋯⋯ 唔夠香口、蟹肉又煮到無乜鮮甜味,呢個真心失望咗啲6)燒鵝 - 訂位時已訂燒鵝,真係好好好味,皮脆皮嫩,勁受我哋歡迎7)長腳蟹膏蒸蛋白 - 酒味太重,食不到蛋香,但夠滑既8)炸魷魚 - Ok 普通無乜特別另外仲叫咗兩碟菜~整體麵好正,西貢好肯定食唔到,同埋無呢到咁大碟。一定會再嚟encore

約了以前同事晚飯食海鮮,因交通原因選擇了三聖興記,因以前幫趁過都OK. 但今次卻吃到多年來都未試过咁差嘅海鮮。買了六隻龍虾打算開边芝士焗,但他們不做此菜式,所以改為開边蒜蓉蒸,結果蒸到二十成熟,虾肉收縮似柴皮。蒸蘇格蘭元貝,情况跟蒸龍虾一樣, 嘥料。隨後的清正蘇鼠班,只得三成熟,樓面攞番厨房再正,肉質又要打折扣。豉椒炒聖子, 豉汁太多奪去聖子鮮味。灼九虾,冇乜難度,叫做OK. 鹽焗奄仔蚧,好咸好多鹽,冇香味。燒鹅,OK啦,唔好得過新斗記。好失望的一餐海鲜。隨後於11/9/2017跟友人在流浮山再食一餐诲鲜,也吃了曾在興記吃過的一些種類,但水準真有天淵之別。
