百食不厭,正!年初重新裝修之後,新的老闆接過這家店,也來了新的燒味師傅,燒鵝夠味夠嫩,叉燒肥而不膩。脆皮燒腩更是美味,不像以前很乾也沒味道。 店裏都是老街坊鄰居光顧,新的老闆也是十分和善勤勞。希望生意越來越好。

年初重新裝修之後,新的老闆接過這家店,也來了新的燒味師傅,燒鵝夠味夠嫩,叉燒肥而不膩。脆皮燒腩更是美味,不像以前很乾也沒味道。 店裏都是老街坊鄰居光顧,新的老闆也是十分和善勤勞。希望生意越來越好。

一年之計在於春,一日之計在於晨,2018年第一天返工,當然係要食個豐富嘅早餐啦,也是趁最後機會飲奶茶換套杯碟……之前見有張海報講呢間茶餐廳供應餐飲比新光戲院啲戲子,應該吾差啩,所以嚟試下……今天也是選擇了通粉餐~火腿通、腿蛋、多士及茶走……先來通粉,吾止個碗大,啲通粉、火腿也很多,一定夠飽,湯底吾錯,可以再熱啲,火腿、蛋也ok,不過件多士就腍咗啲吾夠熱,茶走我叫少甜,但見佢個顏色好深色,攪下真係好少奶,有點苦澀,也吾夠熱,有點失望,不過,我見杯內有我想要嘅圖案就算啦,整體早餐都係可以接受,也是抵食嘅,而且,呢度的員工都有禮貌,會跟你講早晨,收錢會講多謝,簡單一句吾係must,高級少少嘅食肆都未必會,親切的服務態度也是對舖頭嘅評價很重要的!

先來通粉,吾止個碗大,啲通粉、火腿也很多,一定夠飽,湯底吾錯,可以再熱啲,火腿、蛋也ok,不過件多士就腍咗啲吾夠熱,茶走我叫少甜,但見佢個顏色好深色,攪下真係好少奶,有點苦澀,也吾夠熱
,有點失望,不過,我見杯內有我想要嘅圖案就算啦,整體早餐都係可以接受,也是抵食嘅,而且,呢度的員工都有禮貌,會跟你講早晨,收錢會講多謝,簡單一句吾係must,高級少少嘅食肆都未必會,親切的服務態度也是對舖頭嘅評價很重要的!

一早去了觀塘碼頭,又摸了一之門釘之後直接坐船來到北角先食早餐。碼頭周圍都在起樓,發現唔到有什麼茶餐廳。於是我行入去內街的馬寶道,看見這《香港燒味餐廳》。肚子餓了,想到沒有想就入來了。早上去茶餐廳,習慣了吃公仔麵餐,是日的公仔麵餐是豬扒麵。豬扒,應該是一早煎好的,入口有點硬,口感可以說是差勁。麵雖有味,但差勁的豬扒扣晒分。奶茶,茶味太濃啦,奶又落得唔夠,又係嚴重的失分。總結,這一天的早餐,很不好吃。

早上去茶餐廳,習慣了吃公仔麵餐,是日的公仔麵餐是豬扒麵。豬扒,應該是一早煎好的,入口有點硬,口感可以說是差勁。麵雖有味,但差勁的豬扒扣晒分。

點了切雞(走翼)同叉燒,切雞太肥,肉硬,好似喺雪櫃拎出嚟咁,叉燒仲離譜,乾到好似煲湯瘦肉咁又硬。一個咁基本的燒味都做得唔好,仲叫自己做燒味餐廳。記得一個月叫過外賣都無咁差,今天唔知發生咩事。

返工如果要諗食咩早餐? 我多數都會選擇香港燒味。因為價錢平,味道好,出餐夠快。快對於上班一族來說,十分重要。香港燒味出餐夠快,甚至比其他茶餐廳更快,在這裡用餐不需怕遲到。早餐我必叫雪菜肉絲米,雪菜份量都幾多,雪菜不會太咸,味道不錯。湯米的湯底也不錯,夠味,不會像清水一般的。另外套餐配餐肉煎蛋,其實可以自由配搭,我選了火腿腸仔,腸仔用廚師腸,包冇死麵包塗了牛油,質地十分鬆軟。餐飲選奶茶,見絕大部分人都飲奶茶,試一試先。可惜我不懂品嚐奶茶,唔知算唔算係一杯好奶茶,只覺得幾好飲,都幾濃。用黑白淡奶沖的,信心保證,出名質感比其他淡奶較濃。飲到底仲有驚喜,見有我至愛的公仔~~聾貓呀

這一晚,太座與舊同事往聽演唱會,而小妮子又不知所縱,只剩我和小伙子在家,晚餐都是外出解決較方便,本想試試新開的韓國餐廳,但排了十多分鐘,前面還有十多個號碼,終於打消了繼續排隊的念頭。來到馬寶道這燒臘茶餐廳,點了一個小菜套餐,韭黃草菇炒斑球,小伙子要叉燒油雞飯。套餐有紅蘿蔔青蘿蔔煲豬骨,味道不算濃,小伙子咽喉有點痛,讓他喝點湯水吧,韭黃草菇炒斑球,賣相不佳,像一pat 野,主要是茨汁做得不好,韭黃都黏在一起,草菇都是零零碎碎,斑球是鯰魚龍利之類,無魚味,雖然夠鑊氣,但始終嫌茨汁差。小伙子的雙併飯,叉燒味道不過不失,但薄身的燒好變乾,小伙子說油雞有超水準,嫩滑好味,他挾了兩件給我試,當真!果然!

是日一反常態,不叫飯,要了碗叉燒瀨粉加凍奶茶少甜
半肥瘦叉燒與一大碗瀨粉分開上,以保持叉燒嘅原味,不怕因浸在湯中而影響了味道~叉燒外層燒至乾乾實實的,帶點碳香之餘亦滲滿了甜甜的蜜汁味,而且內層肥瘦肉均稱,質感軟腍腍的,滑得來亦有肉香,極之好味!!!!
至於初嚐試的瀨粉,雖然份量十足,亦能吃到微微的米香,但個人認為始終有點失色
,一來是因為整碗瀨粉碎濕濕的,二來是不夠滑溜,仍有改進空間
。下次還是叫飯吧....
