今日熱辣辣，就諗住買返啲凍糖水返屋企食。老公話呢間嘅合桃糊幾好食，就買咗個沙沙合桃糊，同埋椰皇燉鮮奶。合桃粒係分開一包，返到屋企至打開倒落合桃糊入面。合桃粒份量都唔少，合桃粒唔止增加咗口感，仲加重咗合桃嘅味道，真係幾好食。另外椰皇燉鮮奶都好有驚喜，刮咗啲椰子肉出嚟，配埋燉鮮奶一齊食，椰皇味好重，唔會有其他怪嘅甜味，燉鮮奶又夠滑，覺得仲好食過沙沙合桃糊。不過呢間淨係收現金，落左order先知，要走返去車度問老公攞現金，八達通都冇就唔太方便。 continue reading

海記合桃坊既果仁糊類一向都幾出色，感覺上應該無乜加澱粉去增稠，食到好原始既果仁味道。食合桃糊一定要叫沙沙，即上面既合桃粒粒，先夠香口！除左果仁糊類，佢既芋圓都係，之前食過有d地方既芋圓，包括我自己整既，都有一陣可能係木薯粉既怪味，但海記既就無，大小剛好之餘，又食到芋頭蕃薯既天然真味，仲要煙韌度剛好，不會過硬過淋。個雪糕都係出色，唔會有化學味不過佢serving size真係幾大，食完飯再食個紫米露，飽到行唔郁 continue reading

海記喺土瓜灣屹立多年，一直為街坊提供平靚正嘅甜品，作為煙韌控，我最鍾意嘅就係芋圓系列，每次去到都一定會叫紫芋芋圓仙草凍/西米露($39)🥰佢嘅特別之處係面頭嗰兩球雪糕，食落又有啲芋頭冰嘅口感，但絕對唔係雪到起冰嗰隻，味道好濃郁好正😋芋圓唔算特別好味，偏向硬身咗啲，不過都叫到合格，咬落都有淡淡嘅芋頭香，嚟呢度主要係食佢嘅豐富餡料同埋雪糕，又有紅豆又有蓮子，食完真係飽到上心口😆強烈建議住附近嘅買外賣同人share🤣 continue reading

我前陣子去咗海記甜品試咗佢哋嘅芒果腸粉。佢哋嘅腸粉係用椰汁皮包裹，口感好滑順。芒果肉鮮甜多汁，同腸粉一齊食真係好夾味。每一口都食得到芒果嘅鮮甜，好開胃。不過，我覺得海記甜品嘅價錢稍為貴咗啲。腸粉唔算大份量，但價錢卻比較高。如果你追求價錢平實嘅選擇，可能要考慮其他地方。如果你係芒果腸粉嘅愛好者，同埋對於價錢無特別要求，不妨去試下海記甜品嘅芒果腸粉。 continue reading
