我初初不知道萬壽無疆講緊咩,原來紙包蛋糕用萬壽無疆碟放,估不到年長女店員超有心思。

真是一間有人情味的老店


PS 鮮奶紅豆冰每杯都會開一支玻璃瓶鮮奶加入紅豆冰,而用剩的鮮奶會成瓶上埋枱

this shop located at the coast of sheung wan right after the WWII and already opened for 70 years. thats much older than u and i. 70 years ago hong kong was a fish port and do not hv any of the economic value likes nowadays. this coffee shop was near the sea coast serving the sailors and shipmens at that moment. it remains the whole traditional style of food in HK. times goes, the coast had been landfilled up to a shun tak ferry port and serving the main sea transportation between hk and macau.

i believe their old boss would miss the salty breeze touches his face if he stills alive. and who knows?


the building is too old and looks unstable from its structure, the different color of the cements repair tell us its aging. if u want to try this traditional hk food u hv to hurry up coz it may oneday fallen down and resto would probably buried in dust, debris in somedays.

今日比較驚喜係個「沙嗲鮮牛肉公仔麵」🍜
第一次見沙爹牛有咁多粒大花生係上面,初見到以為食落會好膩,可能因為個湯底已經係奶白色既原因,點知入口恰到好處,唔會杰噠噠,味又好夠濃😋

終於有機會嚟到呢間有68年歷史嘅海安咖啡室啦!呢種懷舊復古傳統嘅茶餐廳真係買少見少。我就試左佢嘅蔥油牛肉公仔麵😛😛同埋名物紅豆冰,特別在佢面頭嘅冰球會慢慢溶化,即使食完面杯紅豆冰仲keep住冰凍,但又唔會變得太稀。

這家在香港已有半世紀的茶餐廳上次來的時候卻關門了,今天有幸能夠吃得到,心情特別好。我叫了香蔥滑蛋厚多士、羅宋湯鴨胸鮮牛雙拼麵、熱鴛鴦、凍咖啡。香蔥真的很好味,而且蛋炒得很滑加上鹹牛肉,更是惹味。鴨胸肉也很好吃,配上了鮮茄湯,很是配呢。加上一杯鴛鴦,完美的午餐。
