甜薯仔炸粉和時間掌握有宜,外脆內軟熟,熱辣辣的甜薯吃起來,微甜之餘又香口,好食。青魚煎得不夠香脆,吃起來魚身略帶腥味,有待改善。豚肉份量多又大,但仔細看起來是腩片,有些冒正宗豚肉之名,腩片尚算熟透,不會過硬,有嚼勁,豬骨湯底挺濃味,但不特別。推介上碟時,一粒粒芝士伴著生八爪魚,這碟小食應改自韓國的泡菜八爪魚,改得尚算出色,芝士粒配合wasabi再加八爪魚,別起來芝味濃又有八爪魚的爽彈,兩者配合一齊挺有趣的味道。

上碟時,一粒粒芝士伴著生八爪魚,這碟小食應改自韓國的泡菜八爪魚,改得尚算出色,芝士粒配合wasabi再加八爪魚,別起來芝味濃又有八爪魚的爽彈,兩者配合一齊挺有趣的味道。

之前雜誌成日介紹雪洞洞,今次Girls' Gathering 就來試呢間! Mini 意粉,好彩我地唔大食。很硬的豬肉都ok, 只係要襯熱食。食滿唔記得幾多錢加$1有新地,味道有點奇怪...我地諗左好耐都唔知咩味其他食品﹕服務方面,明明唔多客人,但當叫侍應幫手影相佢就即時扮忙,查詢雪糕劵優惠時態度又不好。環境方面,佢主打係雪洞洞,但係事先睇左Openrice 知道坐洞洞要加$100 及有最低消費,所以都放棄了坐洞,亦幸好無做到傻事。眼見個洞口又矮,入面又窄,就算係為情侶而設,但這個設計,要加錢坐入去都未免太傻喇掛! 眼見有對情侶坐入去時,個男既個頭髮Gel 高左D,都俾個洞口整到,我真係忍唔住笑左出來。更何況,有人在洞內食鐵板燒鍋! 佢既通風已經係唔好,我地坐得唔近,都感覺到油煙,不敢想像坐在入面的人的感受。但係果個男人仲想下簾,唔怕焗住D 油煙嗎? 佢試完,都放棄左落簾....感覺真係一般...可以不用再來。

店內燈光昏黃, 雖然不是坐在雪洞洞內, 木製的裝潢也給顧客同樣溫暖窩心的感覺.

餐牌上料理就像和民, 笑笑, 白木屋那些屋食屋一樣, 壽司, 洋風意粉, 和風輕食, 釜飯等俱備.
由於店方是用上北海道產的芝士, 而且小妹與我的死黨是芝士狂人, 兩人死命的點鋪滿芝士的菜餚. 芝士燒薯仔雞肉($43), 北海道芝士忌廉意粉 ($58), 香蒜芝士燒青口 ($28), 軟雪糕特飲-綠茶 ($28), 北海道軟雪糕-綠茶($28).

北海道芝士忌廉意粉份量不多, 兩個女生勉強足夠分享, 男生就只好多點數款了. 意粉餸料有芝士, 煙肉, 薯仔, 玉米, 露荀. 醬汁質地順滑, 有濃濃的芝士味, 味道不是不好, 只是醬汁的味道和好x食的冷藏餸料意粉沒有大分別. 意粉煮得軟硬適中, 與薯仔同吃, 煙韌和軟糯的感覺交纏.

芝士燒薯仔雞肉- 小妹最為喜歡的一道, 厚厚的芝士層完全覆蓋了雞肉, 芝士狂人看到也會垂涎! 芝士經過高溫的鐵板持續加熱, 芝士卻沒有變焦及變硬, 入口仍然保持柔軟, 濃濃的奶香充斥口腔, 令人愛不釋口! 雞肉是事先炸過的, 在鐵板上加熱後, 仍然保持外脆內軟嫩的效果. 雞肉調味亦佳, 醬油味不過鹹又不失惹味. 雞肉底下有一些馬鈴薯塊, 經鐵板一灼, 薯塊外層帶點焦香, 內裡亦保持軟腍, 與芝士同吃極為搭配, 簡單而好吃!

香蒜芝士燒青口- 又是被芝士鋪滿了, 經烤焗的芝士呈金黃色, 有點點焦脆的效果, 而內層的芝士亦同樣香濃柔軟. 青口沒有過份縮水, 仍然能吃到青口的爽脆和鮮味. 反而香蒜味被濃厚的芝士味遮蓋, 不太吃得出來.

至於小妹的選了北海道軟雪糕-綠茶, 軟雪糕是旅遊北海道必吃的甜品吧! 尤其是薰衣草雪糕, 很多旅遊書都有介紹的. 只是小妹不喜歡令人頭疼的薰衣草味道, 惟有選擇同樣產自日本的綠茶口味. 軟雪糕上桌了, 外型簡單但吸引. 盛載雪糕的杯子經過冷藏, 務求令雪糕融化時間延長, 算它有誠意吧! 只可惜雪糕有少許碎冰粒夾離於雪糕內, 並不滑溜, 咬下去發出軋軋的聲響, 而且奶味不算特別香濃, 就是普通軟雪糕的味道吧! 並不可以說是一個好吃的軟雪糕. 八元一個的富豪軟雪糕比它美味多了!

沒有期待的熟食部份表現讓人有點喜出望外. 期待已久的甜品部分竟然令人有一絲失望. 認真是”估佢唔到”! 仍然期待下一次的到訪. 下次會想試一下白色戀人米糊窩, 原來日本人也會用粥底打邊爐?!?! 一心想來吃甜品的朋友, 不妨請移玉步到砵蘭街的富豪雪糕車好了!

聖誕將至, 店方派發許願卡予客人填寫願望及掛在門口的聖誕樹上, 只是微不足道的活動, 卻會令客人窩心非常! 我想立即飛到北海道, 把願望卡掛到被白雪覆蓋的聖誕樹上!

另一道厚切煙肉配溫泉蛋 ($48),厚切的煙肉從北海道進口,先穿溫泉蛋戳穿,讓煙肉蘸滿蛋汁,入口的確甚有鹹香,只略嫌肉質不太鬆化。

接著是重頭戲北海道鐵板燒鍋。羊肩胛肉 ($88),半圓拱形的鐵板燒鍋上,舖滿了肥大肉厚的羊肩胛肉,壓底是大量蔬菜,感覺比較健康。羊肩胛肉雖帶少許羶香,但肉質沒有想像的嫩,而不論是蒜香汁或麵豉汁,味道跟羊肩胛肉也有點格格不及,實在可惜。

點菜後不久侍應便呈上北海道壺炊飯。北海道海鮮 ($62),這飯製作需時,先明火煮 22 分鐘,撈勻配料後,再焗 3 分鐘,開蓋一刻瞬即立即傳來「香氣」,但那股味道竟然跟微波爐叮飯的味道有點相似,令我們食慾大減。壺炊飯的配料還包括三文魚、粟米及薯仔等,但味道偏啖,飯粒亦比較濕軟,實在不配「22 + 3」的等待!

甜品分別試了自家製的薰衣草什錦扭紋軟雪糕 ($28) 及北海道芝士蛋糕 ($32),前者標明用上北海道牛奶製造,但其奶味卻毫不突出,薰衣草香味也是點到即止的,店方更將「扭紋」二字寫錯成「扭絞」;後者賣相平平無奇,味道普通,卻被冠上「絕級甜品」之名,究竟何絕之有?

總括而言,北海道雪洞洞價位不高,相信主攻年青人市場,但論味道還不及同商場內的和民居酒屋,看來店方要面臨頗大的挑戰呢!

A bit hesitation before trying this restaurant because of the previous comments. Therefore I didn't have much expectation. It's good that I already knew the restaurant is cold. Too bad my boy friend was wearing short sleeve T-shirt and he felt very cold. I suggest they offer a blanket lending service. But as the previous comment said, the food becomes cold easily. So, you have to eat fast.
The individual 'room' is full already. We were arranged to sit in a table for two. Those tables behind us all have a nice photo hanging on the wall, but not ours.
The tables are close to each other, and rather crowded. When we looked at the menu, we realized that there are not many choices available. (Good thing is we don't have to think for long) We ordered all the chef's recommendation as the following: (You just have to read the menu no. instead of the dish name)

(1) Baked potato with 明太子芝士味 $38
hm...nothing surprise. (but I don't know what I expect that a baked potato can surprise me
) The potato is sweet enough, (like the oliver sandwiches one, but a bit sweeter), 明太子 a bit spicy. Can't taste cheese much. Hot enough. Didn't impressed me. Won't order it again.

(2) Fried Chicken $45 (With black pepper and sesame seasoning powder + shake shake bag) +$3
This fried chicken is surprisingly good. Juicy and not too dry. Won't be over-fried. Tastes good. Goes well with the mayonnaise already, with or without the seasoning powder. There are 4 seasoning powders, the rest 3 are: Chilli, Cheese and Curry. It's fun to order this anyway. I will try other seasoning next time.

(3) Hokkaido Seafood壺炊飯 $65?
I think this is a must order. But if you are in a hurry, don't order it. Cos you have to wait for 25 minutes for it to be cook on your own table. They will put a clock on your table to count the time. 22 mintues for the rice to be cooked. And then wait 3 more minutes after turned off the fire. I can tell it's worth waiting as the rice is really really tasty. Every individual rice is covered with 上湯, the texture of the rice is like risotto. Not too soft, a bit 煙韌. Really love this rice. Will come back this restaurant because of this! Just an adverse comment of this rice is: the name of it is called Seafood 壺炊飯, but the only seafood is only salmon. Other ingredients are corn and potato. (If they put even a little piece of 蟹柳 in it, I have no objection if they called it seafood
But why they don't just called it Salmon壺炊飯?) One of the waitress is quite skilled with this cooking thing, and help tables to manage so as to ensure the quality. Excellent!
I will tried other 壺炊飯 next time, my target will be bacon & potatoes (I didn't really like cooked salmon)

(4) Homemade cheesecake $32
Oh my god!!!!! This is super delicious!!!!!!!!! I will come back this restaurant because of this too~~ The menu said 'it's seriously delicious !!! Ha! This is so true! The cheese is super rich. Butter-texture like. Love this so much! The curst is smooth that melted into the cheesecake. Served with some blueberries jam. Tastes good with or without it. The menu also said limited quantity while supply last...


Overall comment:
Food: Not surprisingly good. But earn a lot of marks with the 壺炊飯 & cheesecake. Lucky that I have order the right thing. Otherwise, I may not come back again. And I decide to give it a smile because of these two dishes.

Environement: Tables are quite close. The individual 'room' seems very small. (But I do want to try next time
). The air-con is extremely low to create a cold place environment. I can't imagine how it will be during winter. And I don't know how they can improve the problem of food gets cold easily. I think they should post a notice outside the restaurant to warn customer for the super strong air-con. (Especially for the eldering)

Service: seems not enought waiter/waitress. Need to wave your hand for long in order to get attention. But once they noticed, they will serve you a.s.a.p. And I can see polite waitress even they are busy in serving a lot of customers at the same time. (They need to take care the 壺炊飯

The rice was boiled infront of you with a timer. Slightly scary with that portable stove in the tiny alcove because the person at the inner seat would have difficulty getting out if it caught fire and there were no sprinklers inside the alcove.

I tried this because of the sweet potato croquettes. If you do not like ice-cream, the sweet potato croquettes can be ordered a la carte as a tempura.
The ice-cream was really icy and not creamy, but the sweetness was just right and the black sugar syrup balanced out the flavourless icecream.
The sweet potato croquettes were also nice too and not too sweet, the croquettes were not too starchy either.

這間位於旺角文華廣場的餐廳,位置比較隔涉,顧客要先上商場二樓,然後再轉乘電梯上五樓才可到達。因為它還是在最近數天才正式開業的關係,這天我來到五樓後,隨著電梯門打開,首先見到的是多個慶賀它開張的花牌,而在步下數級樓梯之後,才真正來到這餐廳的大門口。

這餐廳的環境確是甚有特色,首先,在大門旁的地方,擺放有一個大木櫃,在櫃中和櫃頂都擺放了不少標上了價錢的北海道出產食品,可供顧客購買
,並且提醒顧客這是間主打北海道料理的餐廳。

而在這地方偌大的餐廳內,最大的特色絕對是那些模彷北海道雪洞而設計的廂房,這些最適合情侶用餐的獨立雪洞形廂房,給自己的感覺是既簡單,又浪漫
,不但可保持一定的私隱度,又有特色,確是情侶拍拖吃飯的好地方
。而在每個雪洞廂房的門口旁邊,更有各個北海道名勝地方的 QR Code可讓客人用手機掃過之後欣賞到當地的風光習俗,這點子也很不錯呢

這天兩口子前來吃的是午餐,所以所有晚市才有供應的特色食品,好像各式壺炊飯、釧路炸雞、焗北海道馬鈴薯和薰衣草軟雪糕等都未能吃到,難免有點失望
。幸好這兒午市雖然只得套餐供應,仍有不少選擇,款式多多的,包括多款意大利粉餐、烏冬拉麵餐、石頭鍋飯餐、咖喱飯餐以至刺身套餐,相信總有一款可以合客人的心意

兩口子在氣溫偏低,極力營造北海道雪洞環境氣氛的廂房中,考慮良久,終於決定揀選兩款意大利粉餐,洋風和風各一,小試這兒食物的水準。

這兩款套餐除了主菜的意粉外,還有餐湯、頭盤小吃和餐飲,價錢才只不過是六十多元而已,個人覺得是頗為抵食的


湯是清湯,湯中的材料主要有本菇、紫菜和蔥粒,湯中更下了少許黑胡椒末,使這湯喝來除了基本的鹹味外,還帶點兒微微的辣。雖然這湯喝來有點人工味道,整體還算過得去。

照燒雞沙律卷」味道挺佳的。這一客份量不少的頭盤小吃,照燒雞肉的味道雖不太突出,但雞卷中下了不少半溶的芝士,與照燒雞肉和生菜、粟米粒等配料混合之後,吃來鹹香可口,不失為一道頗為好味的前菜
。而隨這「照燒雞沙律卷」一同上桌的迷你「蕃茄沙沙」,適量的酸辣味道也能做到刺激味蕾的效果,也不錯

兩款意粉都有水準,味道頗佳


煙肉野菌和風意大利粉」的材料包括本菇和各款野菌、煙肉碎、已切成幼段的 BB蘆筍和少許紫菜絲。這熱騰騰,香噴噴上桌的意粉,鹹淡適中,味道可口
,野菌、煙肉俱多,雖然油份稍多,但問題不是太大,我倆仍然甚為滿意

北海道芝士忌廉意大利粉」的材料與「煙肉野菌和風意大利粉」的大同小異,主要分別只在於這意粉沒有本菇和其他雜菇,取而代之的則是粟米、薯仔和芝士粉。而當然,這意粉充滿的是濃濃的芝士味和奶味,這同樣地熱騰騰上桌的意粉的配搭雖然簡單,味道也頗不錯
,份量亦多,也是水準之作,特別是那些薯仔,雖不知是否北海道出產的男爵薯仔,可也鬆化好吃

餐飲叫來了「熱奶茶」和「熱檸茶」。在這類型的餐廳喝這類型的飲品,水準不會怎麼高是意料中事,只要不是太差,已收貨了。這兩杯熱飲,和餐廳中其他食品一樣,勝在夠熱,這方面確是抵讚

這次首嚐這間「北海道雪洞洞」,對於它的食品質素是挺滿意的
,特別是所有菜式都非常夠熱,更是值得一讚
。但這餐廳在食物水準方面雖然令自己甚為滿意,但在服務方面實在有不少需要改善的空間。我不是說這兒的侍應服務態度欠佳,這兒的侍應在待客方面整體仍是及格的,在顧客提出問題時都願意跟進,態度還算可以,但這兒出菜的效率實在太慢了
,這應是廚房的問題而不是侍應的問題,但始終和服務有關。就以我這天光顧為例,我的意粉(應該是整個套餐才是,因為這兒的套餐是整份上桌的,並非先上餐湯和前菜,再上主菜)竟然要在下單後半個小時有多才端上奉客,而且在之前自己已經不止一次查詢,希望侍應可以跟進,但結果仍是要在太座吃完她的整份午餐後我才可以開始享用我自己的套餐,要不是她把她的雞卷和意粉先行與我分甘同味的話,我可能已經餓死了
。雖說今時今日大部分的香港人都有一部智能手機在手,可以打發消磨時間,但這兒嚇人的上菜效率如果沒有改善的話,那麼即使食物多麼美味,環境多有特色,價錢如何合理,也難免會令到部分客人流失,裹足不前,望而卻步呢


希望這只是這餐廳新開張的瑕疵,遲下在一切上了軌道之後會變好吧!下次吧!下次我還是會來吃一頓晚飯,看看上菜效率有沒有改善和餐廳中的其他北海道特色菜式好不好吃的。
Other Info. : 雖然這間新餐廳的服務效率偏低,但始終是新開業,一切未上軌道,加上食物水準不錯,環境有特色,價錢也合理,難得香港有這麼一間肯花心思,以北海道雪洞為賣點的特色餐廳,那還是給它一個笑臉鼓勵一下,希望它能在服務上有所改善吧!
