今天回家晚餐之前,我便到了香港尖沙咀,一間名叫“Holly Brown"品嚐這裡最有名氣的「炒雪糕」(炒冰淇淋)。我在門外已經聽見不停在「砰」的敲鐵板聲音,原來是利用這塊鐵板,去製造出客人點的「炒雪糕」。而我點了這個大Size的「野莓家族(Berry Overload)」,材料包括野莓(Wild berry)口味的冰淇淋,再配上草莓(Strawberry)、藍莓 (Blueberry)、紅桑子(Raspberry)的新鮮水果肉,味道不錯,冰淇淋和莓果肉的份量也較我想像中多,下一次可以2個人一起分甘同味,只是,外表還是沒有我本身想像的那麼好。

之前聽過好多朋友都話HOLLY BROWN d 炒雪糕好特別, 要試下, 咁要一次同幾個朋友係尖沙咀行到攰, 就去咗HOLLY BROWN 叫咗個berry同coffee。等既時候, 見到店員好用心咁炒, 店舖亦以藍色為主, 會感到比較平和。我中意咖啡既香味, 兩種又唔太甜, 如果要推介, 我會推介咖啡味, 唔太甜得黎又能夠帶出咖啡香味, 同d waffles一齊食唔會太飽, 最啱2-3個人一齊食!

雪糕依然好足料,而且好大球!
florida係士多啤梨味雪糕,再加士多啤梨,brownie,朱古力碎等等~
成個雪糕好重士多啤梨味同好甜,中意食士多啤梨既一定好like~~
自己就覺得太甜太漏

相反朋友個個薄荷朱古力味既就好清新,好好味!睇黎我都係中意d無咁甜既!

就咁睇佢既成分食材配搭已經夠吸引
新鮮香蕉(唔係人工香精味)配朱古力啱哂我心水XDD
呢份吐司有兩球Gelato:朱古力同雲尼拿
兩者既味道都好自然,質感軟滑黏身,好啱用吐司沾住食
香蕉片就唔多講啦xdd但佢有Brownie,濕潤不膩,朱古力味甚是香濃(Y)
脆粒保持到脆度,因為吐司大部分配料都係軟身,佢脆脆地又幾有趣
其實佢再加左焦糖醬,但用量不多,只有淡淡焦香,唔會太甜膩
丹麥吐司外皮十分香脆,中間係軟心稔身既
牛油香濃而不油膩,吐司連配料食唔會覺得好油,反而係濕潤易入口
如果中意脆口香口既話,可能揀番普通吐司會較理想

之前去依個Holly Brown既Gelato之後就成日都想番黎食,可能就係所謂既念念不忘,雪糕底本身就係依個Gelato,口感非常之柔滑,加埋唔同既食材炒過之後食落有多層口感。本身幾鍾意咖啡既我,當然幾鍾意依到既Mochalicious,晏就唔算太多人,好彩尖沙咀依間鋪頭未算太多人,慢慢行入去都仲可以搵到位。坐係落地玻璃既位置,由於係高椅既關係,坐得都幾微妙下。炒雪糕就係係佢個冷凍板上面,加埋唔同既配料,之後就慢慢炒成非常好味既雪糕。今次佢個炒雪糕做得非常好,配料就有Oreo餅,朱古力碎,今次既朱古力碎同Oreo都比人整得夠哂碎,又撈得非常均勻。雪糕底食落有非常濃郁既朱古力味,意大利雪糕Gelato的食落個口感比較幼滑,當然炒雪糕要講埋員工既手勢,不過今次依到係整得唔錯嫁,抵讚。

記得我們還是普通朋友時,他約我去中環holly brown吃甜品,當時我選了吃Danish toast,因為剛好是二人份量,而且我沒試過。兩年後我們來到尖沙咀分店來回味一下。$98 Danish toast這天我們挑算了最fruity的一款,烘熱了的丹麥麵包多士配上士多啤梨雪糕和黃桃雪糕,還有忌廉和幾款水果,加上碟上的朱古力畫花,看上去已經很高興了。多士很香牛油味,加上軟滑的雪糕,整個甜品很快便吃完了。多士和雪糕都岀色,忌廉和生果卻很一般。但論環境、服務和氣氛,還是中環店較好,尖沙咀店太吵太擠迫了。

$98 Danish toast

這天我們挑算了最fruity的一款,烘熱了的丹麥麵包多士配上士多啤梨雪糕和黃桃雪糕,還有忌廉和幾款水果,加上碟上的朱古力畫花,看上去已經很高興了。

多士很香牛油味,加上軟滑的雪糕,整個甜品很快便吃完了。
多士和雪糕都岀色,忌廉和生果卻很一般。

但論環境、服務和氣氛,還是中環店較好,尖沙咀店太吵太擠迫了。

在香港可以給予舒舒服服的環境吃 gelato的地方不多。Holly Brown似乎是僅有的一二選擇。其中位於K11的分店,擁有落地的玻璃窗及寬廣的樓底,更是一個理想的環境去享受一個寫意的下午。買了兩客的gelato來吃,分別是 Wildberry Crunch 及 Berry Overload的味道。唔,gelato 是做得不錯,但不知窩夫餅底是否擺放得太久,沒有了鬆脆的口感,有點兒美中不足。最後都沒有把整塊薄脆吃掉。

星期五下午3點幾,係尖沙咀,未夠鐘睇戲,同女朋友行緊The One,行到地下果層,見到Holly Brown門口個menu好昅引,咁就引咗入去啦~環境唔錯,單人高座位落地玻璃面向街,開放式廚房,仲可以瞓到個靚仔係度炒雪糕,型~我哋一人揀一個炒雪糕,我叫咗個“藍爵士”,因為我至愛雲呢拿雪粒,而見佢係藍色,睇落去就勁鐘意~而女朋友係個朱古力怪,佢揀咗個“黑武士”,佢話有班尼係度,極重囗味~差唔多幾枱都食炒雪糕,廚房見得2個人,一個負責收錢,緊多士,沖飲品,而另一個靚仔就炒雪糕,我哋叫咗2個,靚仔就一次過係張冰凍雲石枱度炒,壓扁個超碼有1球半嘅雪糕,加入朱古力醬,加入班尼粒,加埋朱古力粒,炒呀,兜呀,撈勻佢,擺落個花邊脆筒,再上面裝飾,正而我果杯,就簡單啲,加入彩色碎糖,棉花糖,忌廉炒,快過杯黑武士添仲諗住藍色雲呢拿會有咩特別,原來都係個色啫,加入忌廉去炒,反而比個忌廉搶咗個雲呢拿味,有點失色……而黑武士,係超強朱古力,就連女朋友朱古力怪都話,好重朱古力,食緊開始有點溜……好在佢哋都幾貼心,有水供應,自己任斟~$50+/杯唔算貴,但我建議情侶們,叫一杯兩份食就ok啦,因為我哋2杯,都食唔晒~
