網上預約咗閒日星期四一點鐘,一個大人一個小朋友,我哋揀咗製作嗰個獨角馬cake,製作+材料費共440蚊,再加60蚊入場費,合共五百蚊。整體體驗良好🤩,店舖內清潔乾淨 模具工具食材擺位整齊同埋容易搵到,店員一開始會畀個ipad你,然後照住ipad 指示做, 基本上8歲小朋友唔需要幫助都可以完成製作🤗。店內有免費coffee,好立克,華田供應,可一邊做,一邊飲。製成品蛋糕係少甜,啱哂香港人口味。我哋將蛋糕入焗爐時,店員會幫手調整模具內的麵糊,同埋店員會睇時間取出蛋糕,幫我們攤涼個蛋糕,到下午兩三點人流漸漸多 整間店舖都基本上坐滿人,生意幾好🤑。 continue reading

店鋪:Home‧焙小日子 (旺角)地址:旺角太子道西193號MOKO新世紀廣場5樓502號舖趁着聖誕前夕🎄,去咗香港有五間分店嘅Home‧焙小日子整蛋糕🎂,而我今次就去咗MOKO分店,地點相當就腳,帶埋親朋好友/另一半去整蛋糕🎂,享受吓一齊嘅時光都幾唔錯🥰即日起到12月底,佢哋推出5款聖誕節限定——「星願聖誕夜」主題蛋糕/曲奇🧁,包括歡樂旋轉木馬、麋鹿可可🦌、耶誕曲奇樹、紅絲絨聖誕夜同莓果夢幻奇緣❄️,齋睇個造型已經非常吸引😍,仲有得親手由零整成製成品,好有滿足感😽幾千呎嘅空間,分開咗攪拌機空間、食材材料自取區、冷凍同冷藏櫃🧊、焗爐區同製作空間等,另外仲有無限量咖啡、茶等飲品供應☕️,呢兩個鐘可以邊嘆咖啡邊整蛋糕喇😌✝️紅絲絨聖誕夜 $450/6個根據店員提供嘅IPad短片教學,絕對唔洗驚唔識整,即場問店員請教佢哋亦都得🤓。先打好鮮奶油香緹,加入蜂蜜同紅色食用色素等,放入焗爐整成綿密輕盈、帶有輕輕蜜香嘅紅絲絨戚風蛋糕;每兩片圓形蛋糕上下唧上鮮忌廉同藍莓果醬🫐,面頭再加上聖誕老人🎅🏻、聖誕樹曲奇🎄、拐杖糖等附有豐富聖誕色彩嘅食用糖果/朱古力裝飾,食得又睇得,整完製成品都不禁影返幾張相同俾返個叻自己👍 continue reading

呢幾年開左好多呢啲自助既烘焙鋪,其實整一樣都差唔多兩三個鐘我覺得好過係條街曬住咁fing下fing下又冇野做🫠去到揀完想整咩之後就會有食譜比你step by step跟住做,仲有片睇完全唔洗擔心會睇唔明唔識整🤣港女的me表示唔洗自己買野洗野又唔洗擔心啲材料一次用唔完真的很興奮🧏🏽‍♀️🎂Hojicha Tiramisu $420(+入場費$40 per head = $500 @ 2ppl)唔知係我太天才定食譜簡單到令我覺得自己好天才,總之我個焙茶Tiramisu真係幾好食😋雖然我去個日因為係中秋前夕所以超多人啲staff又唔夠啲野比較慢🙈但考慮到total都係$500@2ppl其實都係等於係出面買一個蛋糕,假期大家都可以考慮去玩下😆Bello!希望大家中意我嘅食評啦(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 如果可以follow埋我就更好啦!@phoebesohungry continue reading

人生第二次去DIY baking上次去咗bakebe 嗰度通常整大型靚蛋糕 價錢比較貴今次見呢間平民少少 可以整下啲細細件嘅 當玩下😙▶️ 蜂蜜乳酪夾心瑪德蓮 ($280)可以整到8個 另外可以揀整朱古力味寫需時2小時 實際2.5-3小時🙈都算簡單直接 基本上加曬材料之後攪拌 冇乜技巧材料主要低筋麵粉、無鹽牛油、全蛋液、白砂糖、泡打粉、少許蜂蜜只係後未用朱古力筆畫樣難啲🤣變曬樣瑪德蓮本身蜂蜜味🍯少少甜甜地之後配埋上面硬咗嘅朱古力🍫一半用檸檬味朱古力 一半用普通朱古力檸檬味嗰個好好食🍋味道fresh 而唔太甜另外因為入面加左少少粒粒芝士 所以甜中帶鹹🧀感覺唔滯瑪德蓮口感偏向硬身少少 因為雪咗 但鍾意佢邊邊位少脆👍🏻會嘗試起屋企再整!-環境都唔錯 旺角店起商場入面 感覺乾淨同新空間ok嘅 係有少少窄 同埋因為好多好多小朋友 所以大家攞野小心啲😬服務都好好 會主動埋黎睇吓你洗唔洗幫手只係見洗碗區嗰個好可憐🥺Ipad上嘅指示清楚 見多數人都會整到 唔會失敗價錢方面可以 當上堂又好 玩又好 咁已經係一個室內好去處💗 continue reading
