原本想去同棟其他牛舌店,可惜星期日休息。將就之下就找了另一間。就做了一個後悔的決定,踏入了這間店。首先。加大完還是很細份,點了一份澳洲和牛m8以及和牛拼牛舌。一份芝士雞翼以及餃子。兩份牛都overcook,很老很柴。跟煲湯的牛没有分別。牛舌就都還好。芝士雞翼就没有特別,口感可以,但没有醃過的味道。餃子跟芝士雞翼差不多,口感炸得還可以,但肉質像没有調過味。這個價錢有好多選擇,這間食物質素對不起價錢。建議各位不用光顧,這裡就只有裝修環境還算可以,乾淨整潔的。但凡對食物有要求的人都不要來! continue reading

見完客例牌菜,用呢個apps揾吓附近有乜嘢食,動物大廈成日上鎊有好嘢食,咁叫女友呢度求其抽間開飯~漫煮。揀咗~美國牛燒排海佬定食配烏冬+燒三文魚骨成份嘢放扺,份量都ok, 最吸引我第一口嘅肯定係佢炸三文魚骨,脆口,嘢味,真係停唔到口食,跟著隻炸蝦~彼為深色,但佢又唔係燶,乾身脆口,粉漿唔厚,入口都OK.至於牛小排,細細片薄薄哋,入口味道適中,有啲就過火韌韌哋,有啲又好嫩易咬有啲唔平均,到烏冬,無諗過個湯係凍,應該係冰凍,夠晒「驚喜」,我哋呢啲小見世面真係唔慣,但我都清晒全部,收貨。另一份~吉列三文魚定食,我偷食咗二舊三文魚,佢個皮炸得香口,最緊要又係薄漿,雖然都係炸得好深色,但入面三文魚啲肉一啲都唔實唔柴~不錯,香口野一定好味。埋單三佰有找,食物整體ok,如果你問我會唔會再去,我就唔會,因為呢度大把選擇,一次就夠。Btw, 呢度係電話落單,工廈好密封,二部電話收唔係好到個apps, 叫阿姐幫手,佢已經咁忙,佢好似覺得我玩緊佢咁,唔係好願意,其實老闆寫個password 係餐牌,俾客借用你哋個WiFi 咪大家好。回頭度:2.5/5 continue reading

本身想去駱駝漆4樓食米線但排長龍行去另一邊發現呢間餐廳主要食日本野 唔算好貴午餐又包野飲同埋唔使加一都ok蜜脆鮮活鰻丼 ($98)加左$6 轉冷烏冬 烏冬偏幼 但都幾煙韌仲配左隻溫泉蛋 至於重點係個活鰻👍🏼炸過黎幾香脆 佢係好似中式鱔咁個味好岩送飯 少少甜又咸咸地😋大概有5件到 份量都適中慢煮牛腹扒丼 ($78)配送麵豉湯 又係有個溫泉蛋撈飯牛腹扒上面有唔少蒜粒好香口肉質都算易咬 有少少牛味又係好岩配飯 整體都幾好食!飲品叫左熱菊花蜜🍯真係有塊菊花係入面😂甜甜地入口幾舒服唔使等位一試無妨😎 continue reading

. 用餐日期: 2024年2月晚餐位於駱駝漆大廈既小店,晚市時間雖然門口冇人排隊,但都坐滿客人。通常加左慢煮兩個字價錢就會好貴,但呢間定價好良心,雖然唔算話好好食,不過經過的話都可以一試。《$52 牛油果沙律》 ⭐️⭐️牛油果沙律都幾大份,大部份都係生菜,只有少量沙律菜,仲切左少少火龍果同蕃茄仔做配色。沙律上面淋左油醋汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,牛油果生熟度岩岩好,又唔會太熟一夾就爛。但可惜生菜好唔新鮮,可以見到生菜好多已經開始變黑,雖然可以食用但影響觀感,而且營養都流失左好多。《$78 慢煮牛腹丼》⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相好靚,打卡一流,蛋汁撈埋飯食好好味。牛腹肉煮到粉紅色,好吸引,但食落偏un,冇咩牛味。呢個價錢算係可以接受。《$30 加配鵝肝》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️任何主食都可以加錢加配鵝肝,見$30就加左一份過下口癮。鵝肝煎得好香,唔會整到乾哂,冇配任何醬汁配料,一口咬落去油脂味爆出黎,好食。《$103 蜜脆鮮活鰻 - 配喬麥麵》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️本身係配飯,轉喬麥麵要加$5。喬麥麵正正常常,蜜脆鮮活鰻就好有驚喜。外皮炸到香脆,咬入口又好軟嫩,冇骨啖啖肉,配上蜜糖汁相當好食。《套餐+$10 加配小食 - 芝士雞翼》⭐️⭐️⭐️雞翼係神奇既物種,點整都唔會難食。芝士雞翼就係普通雞翼上面加左芝士攞去焗,正常冇驚喜,中間有少少唔熟,仲係紅紅地,不過$10/2隻仲想點《套餐+$10 加配小食 - 日式餃子》⭐️⭐️⭐️炸餃子一份有3粒,餡料係普通豬肉餡,細細粒冇配醬汁,都係正常發揮冇特別。《$38 蘋果金寶芝士蛋糕》⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️芝士蛋糕cream cheese味幾濃,仲有香甜既蘋果味。但唔知係咪整左蛋糕既關係,金寶就冇左香脆既感覺,不過不失。人均消費:$120 環境:8/10食物:7.5/10服務:7.5/10性價比:8.5/10整體:7.5/10 良心小店 continue reading

慢煮是一家位於觀塘的餐廳,以其獨特的慢煮料理聞名。我最近去試了這家餐廳,留下了深刻的印象。首先,餐廳的氛圍非常溫馨和舒適。裝潢簡潔而現代,用餐區域布置得寬敞舒適,讓人感到放鬆。工作人員非常友善和專業,總是願意提供建議和解答問題。食物方面,慢煮牛肉飯好好吃,有溫泉蛋,攪拌後,很香滑,牛肉也很嫩滑,還有麵豉湯送,可以加錢添加小食及飲品。另一個餐是吉列三文魚飯,一樣有溫泉蛋,三文魚外面香脆,入面也不會腥!整體而言,慢煮是觀塘地區一家值得一試的餐廳。他們獨特的慢煮料理味道出眾,服務優質,環境舒適。我會推薦慢煮給那些喜歡嘗試新風味的人,特別是慢煮料理的愛好者。 continue reading
