又是同事調職,請食散水餅嘅時候,因抗疫同事都少咗返工,所以調職同事好窩心地買獨立包裝嘅銅鑼燒,等那些當天沒上班的同事都可以吃到沒變乾的銅鑼燒墨綠正方紙盒,低調日本風,銅鑼燒們獨立包裝,有四款口味,膠袋內有防潮包,所以隔天吃狀況都好好幾款銅鑼燒我選了:抹茶紅豆銅鑼燒:包裝設計幾低調,包裝袋好得意地像紙多過膠袋,銅鑼燒鬆軟,入面包咗紅豆餡及一塊正方形的抹茶榚,首先抹茶榚有點Q彈,但茶味不夠突出,完全被糖煮紅豆掩蓋了,完全唔覺有抹茶味,紅豆夠稔入味,非常之甜,幸好銅鑼燒甜味不會太強,預咗日本和菓子一向是較甜的!味道ok第一次食銅鑼燒做散水餅 continue reading

平日經過本高砂屋的攤檔,都只有眼望望的份兒,因為價錢實在不便宜。今天卻意外地收到一個禮盒,那便真的要細嚼箇中滋味。曲奇以精美的盒子盛載,每一片均以獨立包裝,單是外表已令人賞心悅目。曲奇主要分為三大類:琥珀曲奇(Mandel Ziegel)滿佈杏仁的圓形薄脆片,外層塗上甜美的糖漿。質感異常脆口,杏仁香洋溢嘴巴,令人再三回味。神盾曲奇(Mon Roi)形狀猶如一片葉子,雖然是開心果口味,但隱藏得教人認不出來,幸而鬆脆的特質依然保存。年輪曲奇(Ecorce)有別於平日所吃的曲奇,雞蛋味和牛油味較輕,淡淡的餅香卻引得人停不了口。日本食品能夠在港大行其道,實在有其原因。 continue reading

一月三十一日(星期六)老公上屋企拜年,買了本高砂屋的年輪曲奇,有四款,有一個大的三角形,其餘是不同味道的首先,說包裝,都相當精美,是日本的包裝,當然精美之餘,就不環保吧!我們覺得原味是最好味,很鬆,似蛋卷,比它更加脆!不過其他味道就比較偏甜...當然多謝老公仔啦 continue reading
