一次同屋企人嚟慶祝細佬生日,我哋就試咗呢度嘅燒烤放題,真係好好食。放題有好多牛肉可以食,有各種部位,然後最正最靚嘅就係美國SRF極黑牛,口味稍微會比較濃厚,咬起嚟嘅時候就感覺到明顯唔同嘅口感同口味。雖然最正係極黑牛,但係其他牛肉牛頸脊、牛板腱、牛舌,亦都算係極品,絕對冇諗到原來牛舌燒烤後香氣十足,然後牛板腱就咬勁十足,咬嘅空間裏仲品嚐得到牛油嘅香。然後呢度亦都有幾樣特色食材,胡麻醬豆腐同杏鮑菇,兩種食物都係好好食,豆腐特別滑嫩入口即化,然後杏鮑菇富有本身好香好特別嘅口味。呢個時候嚟上一顆燒菠蘿,真係極品,燒烤後嘅菠蘿甜味更加濃,好好食。呢度甜品嘅選擇都係非常多樣,有好經典嘅日式麻糬,同比較西式嘅泡芙,兩樣甜品都係甜度適中,食咗會想再嚟上幾個。芝士蛋糕同西米椰汁糕都有一番風味,芝士蛋糕好有奶香味,然後西米椰汁糕椰香特別濃烈,食完肉再食上呢啲,味道特別好。

呢度有唔同款式嘅燒肉放題同埋啲特別小食,真係幾好味!以下係我哋食咗啲嘢:首先係美國極黑牛系列,唔同部位嘅牛肉都好嫩,好有嚼勁。牛頸脊嘅肉質比較嫩滑,牛板腱就啱啱好有口感。而牛舌就係另一番滋味,燒到啱啱好,肉味十足,咬落去好有滿足感。有一樣我都幾鍾意,就係佢哋嘅薯餅。外脆內軟,唔會太油,搭埋啲燒肉一齊食真係好開心。另外,呢度嘅小食亦唔錯。明太子蕃茄味道清新,帶少少鹹香,幾開胃。而辛味醬雞肝,唔同以往食過嘅雞肝,呢個多咗一啲辛辣味,好特別,啱啱想試下新口味嘅人都可以試。最後,味噌豚大腸嘅味道,燒後啱啱好,唔會太韌,而且味噌醬配埋一齊好正,夠味!🔥牛肉唔會太過油膩,下一次再有機會,同屋企人或者朋友嚟食都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!😊

一次午餐女朋友約咗我嚟呢度體驗呢度嘅豪華日式燒烤放題,呢度係佢嘅好姐妹介紹嘅,叫我哋一定都要嚟呢度約會體驗下。嚟到呢度畀我嘅第一印象就係好乾淨,好整齊,喺呢度用餐非常舒服。放題menu好多種食物都係任食嘅,我同女朋友揀咗佢哋嘅頂級澳洲和牛放題,然後加咗48蚊任食新鮮海鮮。和牛拿嚟燒烤,唔單止可以享受到原汁原味,仲可以體驗和牛唔同部位嘅口感,和牛胸腹油脂比較細膩,油香比較濃郁,牛板腱就瘦肉偏多,食起嚟比較富有咬勁,然後和牛小排就帶有韌性,油脂分佈比較均勻。呢度嘅和牛肉樣樣都係精品,任拿任食真係一種極上嘅享受。海鮮放題真係值返票價,每一樣都好新鮮,海車老嘅只頭好大,可以體驗到大口食蝦肉,然後滿滿嘅蝦肉覆蓋成個口腔。仲有啲貝殼類都非常之正,青口口味清甜,然後生蠔鮮味無窮,清酒煮蜆口味豐富仲會喺口裏回甘,最後鮑魚口感多變非常鮮香。中間仲有品嚐到咗蟹籽沙律好特別,蟹籽帶有特別嘅香氣,非常搭沙律,口味更加豐富。呢次嘅放題體驗真係正爆,下次一定仲會再帶女朋友嚟!

老公上次約咗我喺我哋嘅結婚周年嚟呢間本場食高級放題,老公講結婚咁多年都辛苦咗我,所以就想今年帶我嚟食一餐勁嘅。呢度日本式燒烤嘅食材都有非常頂級嘅,真係同平時我哋食嘅燒肉唔一樣。我哋要嘅係最頂級嘅頂級澳洲和牛海鮮放題,真係好抵。最頂級嘅就係和牛,有嗰種M5 M7級數嘅,當中包括咗M7牛板腱、M5牛小排、M7牛胸腹,都係特別高級嘅靚嘢,牛肉經過燒烤後別有一番風味,牛油香特別濃郁,而且唔同部位嘅口感都唔一樣,特別鍾意牛板腱特別有咬勁,內層仲微微帶一啲嫩,食得特別好食。然後就係海鮮,特別有印象嘅係佢哋嘅牛油蠔同牛油蝦,味道唔單止非常鮮美,而且牛油嘅香氣特別搭呢兩種鮮味十足嘅食材。然後都特別新鮮,食落青口同鮑魚都能感受到入面嘅鮮嫩,而且微微有啲汁,都係非常香甜嘅。唔只食物,飲品都係一流,要咗冷萃玫瑰花茶,味道特別甜爽,然後冰冰涼涼特別解膩,食完燒烤好適合嚟上一杯。呢度畀咗我一個美好嘅周年回憶,真係好愛我嘅老公。
