除夕夜,一家人去食燒肉,今次嘅燒肉放題我地揀左頂级澳洲和牛海鮮放題,另外加$48可以追加任食其他海鮮。餐廳用QR code落單,M5澳洲和牛小排雪花平均,入口滑嫩。牛胸腹油脂豐厚,肉味濃郁。牛板腱脂肪少,肉結實,我地encore左幾次。必加$48,有日本原隻生蠔、半殼鮑魚、車海老、香草牛油帶子等等,海鮮很新鮮,半殼鮑魚必食,口感彈牙,餐廳已幫我地離殼,所以唔難燒,生蠔鮮甜、香草牛油帶子大大隻。甜品竟然有鯛魚燒,燒到外面脆卜卜,鯛魚燒豆沙餡都好多,而且不會好甜。其他甜品有西米椰汁糕、日式麻薯、焦糖大福等。每一人仲送一杯Movenpick 雪糕添!小食熟食款式都好多,有清酒煮蜆、炸蝦、炸雞軟骨、螺肉、泡菜等等,估唔到餐廳會有冬蔭功湯,很足料,冬天飲好暖胃。 continue reading

我們叫左頂級澳洲和牛海鮮放題,肉類都好多款,但我超愛食牛肉,所以都係主攻M5澳洲和牛小排,M7和牛胸腹,M7澳洲和牛牛板腱,肉味香濃,油脂分佈算平均,薄切牛舌燒起來都好嫩,當然仲有其他肉食我最後亦叫咗日本白豚梅肉,肉質鮮嫩,唔怕燒得太柴口。加$48 有日本原隻生蠔,車海老,半殼鮑魚,大大粒嘅香草牛油帶子,海鮮都真係好新鮮,我哋都叫左幾轉生蠔,記得係要燒既,鮑魚鮮美,車海老真係好大隻。無諗過有一鍋既冬蔭功,湯料都好足,隻蝦都好大隻,唔會話太辣,岩香港人口味。甜品竟然有鯛魚燒,車輪餅,小朋友一定好鍾意,我都好鍾意,開至細既火,燒到脆卜卜就食得,鯛魚燒既豆沙勁爆,車輪餅餡料是滿滿既吉士醬,真係要留肚食。另外,都有唔少甜品都可以叫,但每人只有一杯movenpick 雪糕,都滿足到嗜甜既我們。仲有冷盤,小食等等,真係好多野食。 continue reading

📍本場 🔍旺角彌敦道628號瓊華中心16樓-----冬至剛好家人沒空,所以週日就與家人來到這間旺角烤肉店來一餐放題補足一下,餐廳排煙系統做得不錯,燒肉過程中無油煙滿布嘅感覺,天花板有日式的燈籠裝飾,搭配柔和燈光,整體氣氛不錯。燒肉放題價錢由一百多到二百多不等,可以加$48追加海鮮,選擇都幾豐富,以下同大家介紹下個人特別想推薦嘅某些食物。🐟海鮮類-半殼鮑魚必食嘅半殼鮑魚,口感彈牙細嫩,亦唔難燒,encore好多次。-日本原隻生蠔生蠔鮮甜無沙,滴上少許檸檬汁提味,就已經很不錯。-味付墨魚仔墨魚仔已經預先醃製入味,燒烤過後鮮香多汁,滑滑嫩嫩的。🥩肉類-上品牛肩胛牛肩胛肉油脂分佈均勻,不會過於肥膩,燒好後肉香濃郁,口感柔嫩。-頂級肩脊肉肉質紮實且帶有細緻的油花,也不錯-日本白豚梅肉白豚梅肉頗厚身,豬肉味濃,雪花分布均匀,不輸牛肉。-汁燒豚大腸大腸經過醬汁醃製,燒烤後外皮微脆,內裡仍帶彈性,而且沒有內臟腥味。-博多雞肝食材用得不錯,色澤粉嫩,質感帶點粉粉綿綿,肝味頗濃。🥬蔬菜-牛油金菇金菇本身吸味力強,加入牛油黎烤之後變得非常香。搭配燒肉好適合。-蒜番牛油蘆筍蘆筍爽脆清甜,蒜香和牛油簡單調味,已經很不錯。🥢小食:-章魚小丸子外層酥脆,內裡軟糯,唔使燒就食得。-炸芝士年糕外層炸得金黃酥脆,內裡帶有濃郁芝士香及年糕的軟糯口感,係比較飽肚嘅小食。-胡麻醬豆腐豆腐滑嫩,富大豆香,胡麻醬嘅香濃搭配清新嘅豆腐,味道平衡得剛剛好-和風醋番茄番茄冰凍爽甜,加上微微醋香,正好為燒肉解膩。⭐最後記得食埋movenpick雪糕先走啊~ continue reading

開學到而家,讀書嘅節奏真係冇停過🙌🏻捱到嚟放聖誕假真係要好好放鬆!帶佢哋嚟放題,兩個女都表示很滿意🥰餐廳用QR code落單,很環保👍澳洲和牛+海鮮嘅放題真係無敵,主打食M5澳洲和牛,牛小排、牛胸腹、牛板腱都係我哋陸續encore之選,牛小排就最多雪花,肉質柔軟多汁。牛胸腹筋膜脂肪較多,肉味香濃。牛板腱肉質較為瘦,肉質有韌性!海鮮類有今次燒得最多嘅係半殼鮑魚,隻隻目測都有6,7cm長,燒8分鐘左右,加一點岩鹽就食得,入口很有鮮味,口感彈牙!另外仲有鰻魚、香草牛油帶子、牛油廣島蠔、海蝦、墨魚片,款式應有盡有。小食和甜品類款式都多,等候時間少、上得好快,唐人炸雞、日式小丸子、牛油粟米、壽喜燒烏冬、焦糖大褔、日式麻糬、泡芙、芝士蛋糕,最like焦糖大福,外面焦糖皮很彈牙,內裏餡料係吉士,很有日式風味。仲每一人送一杯Movenpick雪糕添。 continue reading
