星期六下晝四點到達山頂凌霄閣 ,餐廳嘅位置係搭完纜車,一出嚟 行咗幾步,經過手信店舖,就即刻見到哩間餐廳,它位置係絕佳。 我哋畀佢啲食物相吸引咗,入咗去😅。我哋本來係為咗件西多士 入嚟,點知佢話冇曬麵包,賣曬,咁咪唯有叫其他啦😒, 其實好奇怪~佢定位係茶餐廳😮‍💨舖面啲photo主打都係西多士,奶醬多士咁,居然冇曬麵包🤔。 另外,因用qr code點餐, 局限咗飲品冇得嗌少甜少冰 ,(其實好多用qr code點餐嘅餐廳,個app入面都可以備註),我就問一問個服務員, 嗰位肥肥哋嘅服務員哥哥(唔係著卹衫),非常之helpful👍, 幫我哋人手落單,備註少甜少冰。 著住卹衫嗰兩位看似高級啲嘅服務員就好冷漠,西口西面咁,兩位只企喺門口附近,不停望住店出面,完全唔多理店舖入面嘅嘢。我哋嗌咗兩杯凍飲 (阿華田珍珠,另一杯係紅豆冰珍珠), 兩杯凍飲加起係接近100蚊,再加50蚊嘅洋蔥圈配花生醬奶油pancake ,食物味道就真係一般啦~係大x樂/大x活嘅級數, 價錢就山頂價錢,唯一值得讚嘅就係個肥哥哥侍應夠nice和主動💖,埋單係大約 $150。

今日來到山頂雲霄閣的香港地食晚飯,山頂有很多人,香港地餐廳都好多人。我們叫了滑蛋三寶飯和最高肉絲麵。三寶飯的蛋也很滑,果然是名副其實的最高肉絲麵,第一次食到造型這麼高的肉絲麵。肉絲麵的份量都很多好,個面都好脆。加上有旅發局派的$100券,就抵食。

今日啱啱上到山頂 , 搭山頂纜車一出閘口第一間見到嘅香港地茶餐廳,好方便好就腳呀!我就入嚟叫咗個好有家的味道及 兒時 味道嘅午餐肉太陽蛋公仔麵。食材都好新鮮,不過不失,其實呢啲地方最緊要係就腳、方便、食環境,同埋食完可以即刻出去跑步行山,超方便!

星期日一家開開心心地山頂遊玩,見到有香港地,等位人數又吾太多,咪諗住試下囉,在門外等位時已被一男侍應不禮貌對待,隔離兩女士都異口同聲說每次嚟呢間呢度d侍應都是咁差態度架,一入到餐廳,兩個男侍應態度超差,黑口黑面,真心想問佢地,你地做服務行業既可以咁既態度?吾係要你地笑面迎人既樣,吾想做可以可好做,吾好要d食客睇你地面色,一心諗住嚟山頂遊玩下,食下野,點知兩位服務員態度令我不會再被光臨,請好好改善。

今日大年初一,同吃貨們拜個早年,祝大家天天大魚大肉。今日起床,吃左蘿蔔糕就出門上山頂,唸住行番個大運,股市贏番點錢。勁塞車,坐15巴士坐左成兩個鐘,山頂超多人,又肚餓,咁就搵下有咩好食,咁岩洗手間門口,就有間香港地(就一次食)。就攞左張飛邊行邊等。香港仔有Gulu 所以就打開個apps scan 張飛就可以睇住仲有幾多個人就到。好好彩有四人位。我們點了椒鹽豬扒麵 $58 跟腿腸炒蛋,牛油厚多士。餐飲點了 一凍一熱奶茶,凍飲加4元。多士夠厚,炒蛋夠滑,椒鹽豬扒夠味,肥肥地夠嫩超好吃。辣椒油超好味,配公仔面一流。最慘因為後面係郵局,係後面有人寫明信片,職員經過都無理到,幾影響倉野心情。

假日到山頂行山,當一日本地自由人也要醫肚餓,在凌霄閣看到這間餐廳,名字這麼地道便光顧一下。餐牌上顯示了一道菜名:黯然銷魂飯套餐,是香港人回憶的一道菜,當然要捧場啦!蛋黃是橙黃色的靚蛋,蛋香味濃,估計是湖北蛋,叉燒則瘦了一點點,多點肥肉口感會更豐富,蜜糖叉燒醬汁再濃一點味道會更有層次。脆皮雞扒飯餐不過不失,雞扒外皮不夠香脆,但黑椒汁蓋過一切。奶茶是不錯的,香滑順口,有大排檔的風味。落單的哥哥仔說話語氣不太有善,但相信是沒有惡意的,可改善一下表達方式。

Overall, I am glad the food at the peak was good that night as it pretty sums up Hong Kong food for tourists.
Finished with the inverted drink which I found a bit sweet especially the double chocolate.

接著是「香港地」的招牌美食頭抽乾炒 M5 澳洲和牛炒河粉,成品選用了 M5 澳洲和牛入饌,再配以「九龍醬園」的生抽炮製,入口不會太鹹,充滿獨特的豉油香。河粉幼切,伴以芽菜和蛋絲,加上爽口彈牙且肉味濃郁的和牛,保證食過番尋味!

沙嗲牛肉即食麵,沙嗲牛肉製作十分有心思,牛肉即炒,質地不會過份軟腍,配上自家即製沙嗲醬,非常惹味。湯底夠熱,入口濃淡適中。

壓軸是三款晚市精選時令小菜,當中包括有海皇素翅冬瓜盅、鳳梨咕嚕魚柳及金瑤柱瓜甫扒翡翠苗。冬瓜盅特別選用了素翅,再配上廚師精挑海鮮,用料非常豐富。冬瓜滲滿了鮮甜清湯,入口啖啖軟腍;素翅絕不遜色,口感軟滑,加上香味天然的瑤柱和爽甜蝦球,一啖入口,暑氣全消。

另外鳳梨咕嚕魚柳金瑤柱瓜甫扒翡翠苗,食味亦不俗,魚柳炸至外脆內嫩,再加上糖醋,入口酸甜適中。翡翠苗細嫩又無渣,墊底配有節瓜甫,再淋上瑤柱芡汁,入口啖啖滋味。以後大家上山頂,除了有美食外,又多咗一個打卡嘅新景點啦!
