Place was honestly quite loud and chaotic (but that was my fault for planning dinner at 7:30pm which is when they get super packed)Honestly the only order that was bland were the tater tots. I LOVE TATER TOTS so was quite disappointed.. but its okay cause the pizza and chicken tenders made up for it.

朋友留意到Honky Tonks Tavern IG宣傳9月12日有guest bartender會手扣手2人3手咁合作沖調唔同Negori為主題嘅cocktail, 當晚收益會畀Mind HK我地早少少到, 搵個靚位欣賞下Negori week而設嘅裝飾, 飲住其他cocktail同食main menu慢慢等Tater Tots - 炸薯寶係不能抗拒嘅小食, 香口唔油, 加埋蛋黃醬又可以飲多2杯 Hot Chicken Platter (Spicy 4pcs) - 我地叫咗4件辣美式炸雞, 少少辣多多香, 加埋gravy味道啱啱好, 想再辣D不仿加枱上面smoked hot sauce, 似BBQ醬有煙燻香; 要大辣就要揀burn, 醬如其名 Negori Week 2022 限定menuItalian Hero - 夾滿唔同嘅意式凍肉, 差少少一口咬唔哂, 有酸菜同芝士, 非常啱食肉獸 Arancini Bolognese - 意式炸飯團, 呢個入裡有茄汁肉醬餡同芝士, 另外有個素版本Take it Easy (Slushie) - 有煙肉同椰糖係面, 沙冰狀啱哂呢家天氣El Po

認識 Honky Tonks 係因為想食炸雞，後來發現佢地同好多其他酒吧/餐廳經常都會有crossover 於是就更多留意佢地嘅資訊，今次佢地係其中一個地方搞 Negroni Week 活動， 於是就趁機再去食野佢嘅炸雞係屬於美式風格，佢有兩件或者四件， 以及辣或者唔辣 選擇，炸雞本身辣其實都唔算好辣，如果要堅辣，記得加埋佢枱面果枝 BBQ 辣醬， 好食得嚟又有辣度要食comfort food ，點少得 Tater Tots!!! 佢炸得好脆都算乾身， 唔會食到一口油， 不過係比較軟身用叉拮就有啲啲難度咁。 另外兩款係特別為 Negroni Week 出嘅意大利風小食（Negroni Week 嘛）： Arancini Bolognese 同 Italian Hero 。顧名思義， Arancini Bolognese 即係將意式炸米波變左做肉醬意粉餡，我自己就覺得入面多啲肉醬會正啲。Italian Hero 就係 Italian Sub 嘅「迷你」版，但其實已經好有份量，滿滿嘅肉加芝士同酸菜，個包都係厚身有質感，大大啖咬落去非常滿足講明係 Negroni Week 梗係要飲返（幾）

As a fan of Shady @theshadyacres I have always wanted to try their sister bar @honkytonkstavern too! Finally got a chance to try for happy hour before our dinner plan on a Friday evening! 在荷李活道傻傻的走了個圈，原來小酒館匿藏在文興里的小巷子裏，別過熙來攘往的大街。即使鑽進了巷子裏，小酒館沒有偌大的招牌，也很容易看走了眼，不過，只要認着招牌的紅雞剪影，走進去便沒錯。店子小巧卻滿溢美式風情，當然看招牌便知這店家主打hot chicken。是日點了tenders 配上buffalo dipping sauce，雞肉外皮炸得香脆，肉沒有很乾身，仍保留水份，buffalo醬汁帶點辣味，所以怎能少了一杯beer。友人點了draught stone and wood，我選了can 的no sleep ‘till，一解炸味的上火感。Pizza 則點了honky had a lil’ lamb，此處的薄餅不是做得脆脆的那種，口感有點像Tortilla，散上滿滿的rocket和羊肉粒，清新與濃厚味道遊走在嘴裏。這家店很chill很舒服，傍晚來這裏Honky hour很不錯啊！Btw 我覺得碟子圖案很可愛💛

Wings Monday!!Seriously. For 200 HKD PP it’s such a great freeflow deal. The wings here are infinitely better than other restaurants in Central who claim to be the wings expert. They are that good. 我地今次叫左兩個lunch set（$110/each）lunch set包個前菜、主菜同甜品。前菜：Cauliflower Buffalo Bites 係西蘭花，但係出面係水牛城雞翼嘅醬，少少辣，都幾好食。Clam Chowder係蜆湯，入面好多料，都幾好飲。主菜：Honky McChicken Burger個包好大個，一淡咬唔曬，有芝士、有炸雞、有青瓜等等，個雞幾好食，少少辣，咁多款配料擺埋一齊都好夾，份量有d多，食一個已經飽曬。2 Piece of Hot Chicken, Gravy & Slaw個炸雞其實就係漢堡嗰款，有兩大塊，勁膩，其實會食唔曬，不過都炸得好香。都幾好食。Salmon pizza仲叫左個三文魚pizza，超級好食，d料好豐富，檸檬嘅酸味同香草嘅清新，配合三文魚同薄餅簡直係絕配。然後走左先醒起無食佢個甜品...另外，環境方面，餐廳好chill，係hea下嘅好地方。waiter同客人有好好嘅關係，佢哋有時候會傾下計咁，不過落order就可能舉手好耐都無人理。

6點後無得堂食，所以真嘅要把握時間weekend食個brunch同happy hour。呢間新開嘅 Honkytonks Tavern 喺正 Neighborhood 隔離，主打美式南部炸雞。外脆內嫩嘅炸雞，加上烤到香脆入面鬆軟嘅窩夫，加200蚊仲有free flow，任飲澳洲紅白氣泡酒！Since we can't dine out after 6 for a while, we should just spend more for a nice brunch or go-all-out happy hour.
