6點後無得堂食，所以真嘅要把握時間weekend食個brunch同happy hour。呢間新開嘅 Honkytonks Tavern 喺正 Neighborhood 隔離，主打美式南部炸雞。外脆內嫩嘅炸雞，加上烤到香脆入面鬆軟嘅窩夫，加200蚊仲有free flow，任飲澳洲紅白氣泡酒！Since we can't dine out after 6 for a while, we should just spend more for a nice brunch or go-all-out happy hour. The chicken & waffle was definitely the best one I have tried in Hong Kong - the chicken was super crispy and juicy, but the waffle was the star - amazingly fluffy. Just add HKD200 for the free flow with lovely lo-fi Aussie wine selections!
