又是發掘灣仔美食的一天。今日午餐去了檀島咖啡餅店。以前亦常來。我們分別點了焗葡國雞飯及菜遠炒牛河。我點的是焗飯所以需時制作, 但想不到菜遠炒牛河也需要等。同事說是因為即點即炒,加上是生炒,午市人流多,所以也要等。炒河早了一點到,看著賣相奇佳,一看就覺得夠鑊氣,牛肉炒得帶有一點焦香味,上面澆了醬汁,河粉也沾滿了。到我的焗飯,濃郁香口的白醬舖蓋面上烤焗後特香口,葡國雞很多,肉質鮮嫩但不肥, 配上炒底飯很的好吃到停不了口, 雖然滾燙,但我還是一口接一口的很快就吃完了,幸好點了杯凍檸菜走甜。

滑蛋蝦仁炒河,河粉都很大份,蝦仁有驚喜比我想像中大,滑蛋就很少了,是打散的蛋花湯淋在上面,加了些韭黃和蘑菇,味道比較清淡。我吃了幾口還是覺得太淡,要自己加些辣椒醬調味。
