To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開中環突然想食fish and chips! Google map search下發現附近依間hooked! 睇完評論唔錯就直踩上去食! 點前已經問清楚老闆large size有幾大! 佢話比regluar大少少! (心諗廢話=無講) 埋單$110點知一上菜就覺得伏! 條魚細到呢⋯ 不過食起上黎都ok! 夠original taste! 無其他咁多味精! 純天然魚同薯仔味! 但份量就係唔多足!

This place serves some crunchy and super delicious fish and chips. You'll find vinegar at the table, which is a major plus for me! The sauce tartare is a must for fish and chips, and it also has the perfect balance between fatty and acidy. Textbook stuff.

呢度的炸魚薯條係非常好食的,所以我第二次幫襯了,下午茶時間嚟到,位置唔多等咗一陣就得了,點個炸魚柳和薯條,個魚肉質厚實,但都好多汁,外層炸皮唔厚,口感食落覺得唔錯,薯條好大條,每一啖都好滿足,外脆裡嫩的,好想薯仔味,下次想食個陣再過來。

Needless to say, my meal was outstanding, so flavorful, clean, and fresh. Apparently, Matthew is there every day making sure everything is right and the quality of his food is unsurpassed! A fun casual stop, a nice sidewalk-cafe setting, great selection of beer, ciders, and wine, with a varied and scrumptious menu. I can’t wait to go back and try his savory pies!

朋友介紹食炸魚薯條一定要試下 HOOKED, 專登安排星期六下午慕名一試馳名嘅炸魚薯條。大概下午2點鐘左右到達、小店主打外賣所以座位不多。呢個時間有數位外籍客人正在光顧,見到佢哋食得津津有味。已經按耐不住同夫人一齊點咗兩份一樣的紐西蘭藍雪魚,薯條及lemonade 。今日氣温都成三十幾度, 本人由中環行到上嚟都已經大汗淋漓, 辛苦了老板要企响個炸爐傍邊幫我哋點嘅炸魚薯條即叫即炸。以不含膽固醇及非基因改造嘅高級澳洲葵花油炸起,除咗聽起嚟都覺得健康同食得安心之餘, 外皮炸得依然脆口,魚肉結實唔韌仲仍然有肉汁(真心想請教下點樣可以炸成咁)。 冇另外要醬汁,原味加小許鹽已經惹味非常。
