這間位於賽馬會雙魚河會所的鐵蹄扒房環境優美,食物質素高,服務也很好,只是位置偏離市區,雖然比較隔涉,但四周環境清幽,不失為週末的好去處。扒房設計優雅,舒適寬敞,餐牌提供的食物多年來也轉變不大,所以今次晚餐除了傳統餐牌上的食物,也點了扒房推介的宮崎和牛套餐。先來一盤麵包,最欣賞的是蒜蓉包,香脆鬆軟,還有那個賣相將辣椒漿般的番茄醬,帶點酸味和橄欖香,用來配麵包最好不過。疫情期間生蠔質素不佳,唯有改選洋蔥湯和輕煎黃鮨吞拿魚做頭盤,十分推介這裡的洋蔥湯,洋蔥味道香濃,加上焗得又香又柔軟的厚芝士,不容易在其他餐廳找到吧!輕煎黃鮨吞拿魚的賣相相當精緻,吞拿魚味道比較清淡,以芥末籽醋的味道來點綴,吞拿魚質感柔軟,最特別是那個墨魚汁脆片,輕薄香脆不油膩,可惜只得一小片。美國肉眼扒,牛味香濃而軟熟,即是只有250g 也感覺分量十足。這個A4 宮崎和牛西冷扒相當出色,牛味香濃,外層像已煎得有點焦,但入口鬆軟,好像瞬間溶化在口中,和牛香味濃郁,真的值得一試。忌廉菠菜味道不錯,碧綠的菠菜感覺新鮮,不膩也不會太腍。紅豆葩菲 - 喜歡這個甜品不太甜,味道自然,葩菲比想像中硬,質感像雪糕,但當然又像雪糕那樣甜。 continue reading

香港賽馬會會所有幾個地點,香港賽會雙魚河會所位於上水,這裡地方很有很多不同的設施,餐廳、騎馬、網球、遊樂場....等等。我們今晚去了西餐廳吃飯,餐廳環境以深木色和瓷磚為主,環境氣氛寧靜,感覺自身外國的小木屋。點了菜之後先來了一藍麵包微溫的麵包我喜歡搽上牛油一起吃。再來了干邑龍蝦濃湯- 濃郁的龍蝦味道加上龍蝦肉一起飲很鮮甜。主菜焗波士頓龍蝦 - 配菜有白露蘆味道清新,龍蝦肉很彈牙,肉質爽口。甜品蘋果撻伴雲呢拿雪糕 - 用酥皮焗製吃下去脆口,蘋果一層層焗至香脆,伴雲呢拿雪糕吃很滋味。總括來說食物質素和環境都算不錯。 continue reading

The nice and fine bread selections. sun-dried tomato sauce and butter to taste.Nicely decorated salad. With a bit of goat cheese on top. Ham and seasonal melon.The snapper was magically fired so the scales were standing upright. They become golden color and enjoyably crispy.black pepper sauce minute steak.I like how be caramalized the peach before putting them on plate. very warm & sweet. continue reading
