今午約了幾位舊同事敍舊,特別選了電氣道覓食,因為舊公司就在電氣道附近,大家可緬懷一番當年的光景。 十幾年間,電氣道食肆林立,競爭激烈,很多以前幫襯的餐館己經消失了。 聽說滾得棧於2011 年已經開檔,到現在還䇄立不倒,應該有可敢之處。 如其名,主力是火鍋,但原來午巿他們點心聽說也很不錯,所以今次在眾多餐館選了此店。1時到,樓上己坐滿人,我們四人共點了七樣點心 (珍寶鮮蝦腸、黑椒醬汁金錢肚、薑牙豉汁蒸魚雲、鮮露筍津白扎、七味虎皮尖椒,水晶鮮蝦韮菜餃、鵪鶉蛋燒賣)和雜菌雞球炆米。食物十五鐘內己到齊。點心整體來說不錯,腸粉很滑、金錢肚夠味,鵪鶉蛋燒賣坊間不多見,但味道一般,不太推介。   我們結果閒聊至4 時。下次我們再來試試晚上火鍋。

另外叫埋原條細鱗的刺身。我係第一次食條種魚刺身,同三本魚係兩種分別,魚肉切到薄片,無骨同無血唔會腥。點少少芥辣再入口會好食d,感覺幾特別,入口都係唔洗點咬就得。我覺得比普通魚生好食少少。食完魚生仲可以放魚骨落蕃茄湯果邊,一雞兩味,仲可以令個湯甜d,仲可以飲埋,係要小心d魚骨。

最後仲叫咗皇帝菜,份量都幾多不過會見到有少少菜有爛,不過只屬少數。
總括而言,都幾抵食,因為四人都係每人250元,但食物質素係高同好夠飽,所以下次可以再黎一戰。

Highlights included: mixed vegetables, local beef and the cheese balls. As a side note, I also found out that she has a mild allergy to crabs and shellfish.
