House of Culture is one of the most anticipated new restaurants that Helmed by the former chef of brut @gav._.chin We have ordered almost the entire menu , 5 starters and 4 main dishes , 2 desserts to share -Calamari, sake cream. - Rendang short rib. 12hrs slow cooked, roasted coconut. thai basil

- Mandarin granita, smoked hokkardo milk. creamed corn. thyme
I liked everything, especially the main dishes, the Dry aged threadfin was so good, so tender and went perfectly well with that butter on top, totally enhanced the flavour. Must order that short rib, that sauce was so rich, (is weird the first round of the sauce was light and bland tho, lucky that he gave us more sauce after and the second round of the sauce became super delish and rich) I had to order more bread to mop all the sauce, I even wanna ask for rice 😂
The crispy sticky rice that pair with the mum’s curry chicken was super good! So chewy and taste almost like Chinese sticky rice cake! As a sauce person, I think @gav._.chin nailed all the sauces in every dishes, I wanna order rice and bread to mop all the sauces. The laksa broth of the prawn donut was bomb too!
However, I think the ceviche sauce could be slightly stronger.
Both desserts were very good as well, especially loved the mandarin one, so refreshing after the whole meal.
Overall, I enjoyed this dinning experience a lot, staffs were all very friendly and attentive, love the cave corner seat, love to come back again.
