第一次去係星期4下午,好彩無洗排隊第二次就係星期六晚上,排隊需時1個鐘多,終於等到跟住又去左第三次,星期六下午6點前,等得唔算耐解鎖唔想等可以早d去or 夜d,不過夜d會缺d餸第一次去都係朋友帶我去食,發現真係好有大陸個種烤魚既味道,而且比大陸既更好食,而佢d燒烤都係唔遜色,讓人流連忘返。孜然串燒,係最好食既top top top one是真愛先一次次都跑過去食🤩烤魚d魚係真多肉,烤的剛好,肉質鮮美,配菜也是富裕有足。一條魚4個人食剛好不多。燒烤好入味,檢驗燒烤好食與否,就要睇燒茄子及韭菜,茄子底部也烤的剛好焦,肉多而不老,而且及其入味。而韭菜更是鮮嫩多汁,口感入味。以前食其他間烤韭菜,好多都係韭菜烤得老,而韭菜又唔嫩,變相嚼得好費盡又難以下嚥。尼度d韭菜完全冇尼d情況。燒烤肉類也是特別好吃,牛舌和多春魚也是特別美味。燒烤可以盲點,全部都做的非常出色。他家百香果特飲,超級大杯,必點之飲。

烤魚d魚係真多肉,烤的剛好,肉質鮮美,配菜也是富裕有足。一條魚4個人食剛好不多。
燒烤好入味,檢驗燒烤好食與否,就要睇燒茄子及韭菜,茄子底部也烤的剛好焦,肉多而不老,而且及其入味。
而韭菜更是鮮嫩多汁,口感入味。以前食其他間烤韭菜,好多都係韭菜烤得老,而韭菜又唔嫩,變相嚼得好費盡又難以下嚥。尼度d韭菜完全冇尼d情況。
燒烤肉類也是特別好吃,牛舌和多春魚也是特別美味。
燒烤可以盲點,全部都做的非常出色。
他家百香果特飲,超級大杯,必點之飲。

元朗最出名除左有傳統個幾間餐廳之外,仲有質素拍得住探魚既烤魚工房,而家仲可以外賣返屋企食,某外賣APP訂好快就送到香辣豆花桂花魚桂花魚係出名少骨同嫩滑,配合埋香辣口味簡直係無得彈,仲本身有埋豆花係上面,變相係多一個餸黎到既時候係湯同魚分開的,係送既過程中就唔會浸到魚都淋哂,而且送既汁係超多,唔洗咁快加水沖淡左隻麻辣味魚既質素係同大陸既探魚有得比,甚至乎係好食過佢!外賣返屋企食既好處就係可以加自己買既材料打邊爐佢送既鐵盒仲可以直接用黎加熱!呢度既燒烤同樣出名,所以我另外點左個烤茄子,辣得黎又入味!

首先講味道之前我覺得要講佢嘅包裝😂
因為包裝都幾精美,佢會有個錫紙兜,
再入盒,跟住有個都幾好拎嘅還保袋。。
然後仲有跟埋啲枱布,濕紙巾等等,
我初初仲諗,咁我加咗啲配菜點樣放落去呢所以冇加到,我喺度諗會唔會有啲未煮俾我哋咁我咪要另外攞個煲😂😂😂原來佢俾埋兩個用具一路可以熱住過錫紙兜仲會滾添㗎🤭🤭

我想講一打開就超香,食落感覺係新鮮,
同埋講真睇完佢個包裝都真係已經加咗分感覺好衛生,因為我加咗個組合有好多配菜我哋淨係食啲配菜都好多,佢本身啲配菜已經同魚放埋一齊所以好入味。魚嘅味道感覺好正宗地道feel不過我都唔係好識形容到佢個味🤭🤭

我仲試咗佢啲燒烤,鍾意辣嘅朋友值得一試不過我就覺得溫柔辣都已經好夠😂😂😂

聽朋友講元朗有間烤魚店非常之出名平時都好多人排隊,母親節當日就諗住買返個烤魚返屋企同屋企人麻辣一下!六點門口已經一大堆客人買外賣同等堂食啊!店員話至少等一個鐘!最後等咗差唔多兩個鐘😳好彩都值得一等!呢個烤魚嘅味道同喺大陸食嘅味道真係一樣!我叫咗香辣豆花江團魚(小辣)一打開個已經聞到濃厚嘅香辣味!拎返屋企條魚仲係熱㗎!烤魚外賣仲包埋兩個燃燒筒,大概15分鐘左右,烤魚就發滾啦。趁熱食一口烤魚,係正宗地道嘅口味!同喺深圳食到嘅烤魚真係冇分別!而且豆花好滑,好食過喺深圳嘅探魚😂另外媽咪再買咗三磅美國肥牛,我哋自己加了放落烤魚裏面,肥牛吸滿烤魚個香味,唔使點任何醬汁已經好好味啦!香而不太辣!加萵筍同蔬菜菇菌組合!金菇薯仔給滿烤魚嘅精華非常入味!另外再叫埋手打墨魚滑簡單煮熟咗就食得!條魚咁大條,再跟單加其他配料都係$500左右!下次喺度糖食先!感覺餐廳氣氛更加熱鬧呀

吃烤魚前,我們先吃點前菜小吃,紅油豬耳在川菜店挺普及的,但要好吃的不是每間能做到。烤魚工房的紅油豬耳麻辣感強烈,豬耳不會過韌或過軟,膠質蠻豐富,所以對於膠原蛋白的補充頗有幫助。

烤魚工房的烤魚跟國內探魚所吃的水準同樣高,味道超級正宗,故一直深受家人,鄰居喜愛,一次又一次拜訪。這次我外賣了蒜香酸菜烤魚,並點選江團魚作為烤魚主角,江團魚肉質細緻,魚刺也不會太多。

蒜香酸菜烤魚超下飯,酸頭香氣很足,另外混入酸菜及其他香料烹煮,一打開蓋便聞到香味,湯頭酸酸的極之開胃。吃烤魚就是要加些配菜吃才過癮,所以我加了豆腐皮,蒿筍和火鍋寬粉。

蒿筍被蒜香酸菜湯汁煮透,吸飽熱湯,當然蒿筍原本已清甜美味,平衡味覺。豆腐皮薄嫩帶點嚼感,蘊含濃濃豆香,其吸湯力不遜於蒿筍和火鍋寛粉,在烤魚配料界有一定的地位。
