呢間有返咁上下歷史感潮州菜館想試好耐今日同朋友睇戲搵去地方完宵夜經過新光咁就入入到去地方不算好大部分都係老火記感覺好傳統坐低即上花生涼菜潮州小食梗係要收茶界㗎啦不緊要最緊要好食花生真係好脆另外涼拌真係有潮州風味飲杯鐵觀音真係好似去咗潮州好豪咁點咗啲大凍蟹渠就貴啲但係估價好到真係好新鮮肉汁好鮮味好爆肉食蟹都有啲漏但係捬理由好叫鹵水拼盤拼盤諂住可試多幾樣嘢準確冇令我失望鵝片好入味豆腐豬頭肉雖然咩貴嘢,但係整得好好好彩豬肚肉不繫好肥唔係如果我都食不落仲有鵝腸紅腸等等都ok怪不得可以喺香港開咁耐幾十年

我们一行人因为比较晚了,看到还有潮州菜,也没看openrice就进店了,进门服务员叔叔态度还挺好,帮我们找了一个大圆桌,到点餐的时候,套路就来了,上来就推荐我们避风塘炒蟹,我们一开始也没看价格,就先点了,结果後面让我们选是要大中小还是特大,服务员说我们人多,建议特大,特大按时价计算,最小份的也要六百多港币,大份的一千两百多,可想而知特大份的更贵了,我果断取消了。其他普通的炒时蔬基本也要150港币起步,一人份的汤基本要150港币打底,稍微带点肉丝或是海鲜的菜,差不多200港币以上,但凡是鱼之类的,差不多要500港币以上了。我们六个大人,很克制地点了几个普通炒菜加个卤味拼盘,花费了近1400港币,真的不知道为什麽会这麽贵,这一顿比米芝莲的何洪记都贵,关键这家菜的味道也很普通。结账的时候,账单没有每个菜的明细,都不知道这近1400的价格怎麽出来的,看评价说是这家店还收服务费,因为我们看不到明细,也不知道收了还是没收。从这个菜单到最後的账单,给人感觉就是一家宰客的店,来用餐的客人提前看一下点评,别像我们一样被宰了

The veggies were 140 hkd and the goose platter was full of fatty pieces of meat that no one would eat, that was 200 hkd. The oyster congee was small portion and tasty at 60 hkd. We paid 630 hkd anyway as the servers are all polite and elderly but I find the integrity of this place generally questionable and will not go back again.

又來到這裡, 這間小菜十分嘢味, 海鮮們還是活生生的, 之外還有潮州冷餸, 各類選擇凡多的。 各服務員們專業細心親切~這次由它們出場,避風塘炒蟹, 自選新鮮肉蟹,炒法還可自選, 那本人選擇了避風配小辣, 雖然很會食辣, 但也不用叫太辣以免蓋了鮮蟹的自我味道。 而蟹件們香炒十分香脆, 連殼也是脆卜卜大部分也咬得到的。xo醬爆鱔球, 肉哋滿滿的, 配上西芹與xo醬炒; 上附帶些紅椒絲, 好很嘢味的。上湯菜心, 鮮嫩菜們配合上湯浸泡, 解油膩。蠔仔方魚肉碎粥, 鮮肉蠔仔配合香脆方魚片及豬肉碎, 附帶芫茜薑絲及粥底, 十分豐富。蟹後可有蕃薯薑糖水, 駒寒, 蕃薯不而吃太多言而放的屁太多。

xo醬爆鱔球, 肉哋滿滿的, 配上西芹與xo醬炒; 上附帶些紅椒絲, 好很嘢味的。
上湯菜心, 鮮嫩菜們配合上湯浸泡, 解油膩。
蠔仔方魚肉碎粥, 鮮肉蠔仔配合香脆方魚片及豬肉碎, 附帶芫茜薑絲及粥底, 十分豐富。
蟹後可有蕃薯薑糖水, 駒寒, 蕃薯不而吃太多言而放的屁太多。

 最近打邊爐太多,今日就要去轉下口味,食翻啲家常便飯咁,不過嫌棄自己嘅手藝,最尾都系選擇去食潮州菜喇。位置位於灣仔駱克道,好打眼,容易搵到。去到嘅時候人客無算多,啦啦聲搵位坐低。食咗椒鹽瀨尿蝦,個人感覺比較正宗,雖然瀨尿蝦無算好大只,不過好在價錢還算可以,可能我比較重口,所以覺得椒鹽味道無夠勁!炒通菜算中規中矩吧,幾好食下,送飯我好鐘意。花蟹無錯,大只好多,而且非常新鮮,肉質好鮮美,上菜好速度,環境好乾淨大方,大概過咗半粒鐘時候就多咗好多人,最好提前去,總體價格公道實惠,不錯嘅選擇。

記得上一次幫襯新光已經兩年前,早兩日剛啱完咗project,同事要慶祝,已經凌晨兩點又在銅鑼灣,第一時間就諗起呢度!當晚五個人,order咗韮菜豬紅,蜆芥鯪魚球,滷水鵝片,蠔仔粥……,這四款完全保留這老店風味,依然無變!仲有,當晚伙記sale我們食海鮮仲要係龍蝦,以為要天價才食到,點知埋單只係950蚊,超抵!隻開邊龍蝦用蒜蓉開邊蒸,同平時有D唔同,問咗老闆,原來加了少許雞油調味,所以好香,不過不是晚晚有!
