事隔數月,再約朋友來到串門子吃串燒🍢,朋友都讚口不絕✨~這次同樣點了燒雞翼、雞皮🐔、魚豆腐、燒饅頭、燒娃娃菜、燒韭菜等等;也新嘗了美味玉子燒、燒台灣腸、燒菠蘿、燒燒賣、燒羊肉串及燒土豆片。🥚美味玉子燒很厚,甜甜的。燒饅頭:輕輕燒過的兩面鋪滿調味粉及香草,很惹味但不會很脆。燒茄子🍆,比手掌更大的肉茄,大大份。🥔燒土豆片不會太薄,就算鋪滿調味粉,也能吃到薯仔的味道。燒雞皮燒得十分乾🐟,所以很脆口,口感如炸魚皮般。

路過豬嬸用app一搜,這間勁多人推薦,即刻去試吓。舖面可能無一百尺,坐位同枱都好小,櫈又矮,有人坐到腳痺。。。叫了一口牛,被𣺉上了黑椒汁,肉軟但沒太多牛味,粒粒大小差距大,很一般。羊架勁重蒜蓉味,調味好奇怪,不推薦。魷魚鬚正正常常,可以。牛肉金針菇,牛肉熟了縮小到差點看不見,味道很一般。雞髀菇好吃,應該説很難弄得難吃。由於不喝凍飲,所以沒吃太多種類。極少出現烤焦,但也未有十分惹味,感覺這店合格以上,但不至於必吃。

某個晚上路過紅磡灣中心,被對面小店的「有酒有故事」燈牌吸引,時至今天終於有時間帶著娘親食串燒。😀小店位置很方便,由紅磡車站往紅磡區的天橋盡頭電梯起步,才走兩分鐘便能到達,營業時間由晚上六點至深夜三點,是一個輕食和宵夜好地方。👍🏻這小店很多食物也很對我和娘親的胃口,在選擇困難的情況下,我們今次只點了少量海鮮、蔬菜和肉類,但這幾款食物也足以令我叫了幾次「好好味啊」… 😂😂😂首先說「蒜蓉燒茄子」,蒜蓉燒得很香但茄子仍留有水份,加上大量的調味粉如孜然粉和七味粉等,這基本上已成了小店的招牌菜,連我娘親也說要偷師學煮。😋接著是「燒蒙古羊肉串」也同樣出色,羊肉熟成後還保留著小量脂肪,熱辣辣的吃起來非常惹味,這令我娘親秒變羊肉串推廣員,邊吃邊想著要推介給其他人﹔但可能羊肉串的過份美味,弄得那「日本特級一口和牛粒」也完全被比下去。😌還有兩個蜆殼類食品,「邪惡芝士燒扇貝帶子」的爆滿芝士是真的很邪惡,而「燒蒜蓉粉絲蟶子皇」也同樣爆多蒜蓉,可惜蟶子有輕微燒過火是一個小敗筆。😅其實還有「燒秋葵」和「鹽燒鯖花魚」但那是娘親的食物,這兩個燒物我不懂欣賞,在我淺嘗後只能說聲…. 溫馨提示🔔這小店是真的很小,是夜未夠七點已全場尚爆滿,慶幸我六點半到達所以不用輪候,而不喜歡等的大家也可以預先落單外賣自取啊。

田雞本身已經唔多地方有得食,仲要串燒田雞😂 燒得唔過火,保持肉質嫩滑,唔怕食嘅朋友仔可以一試!

總括黎講,食物質素唔錯,燒烤嘅時間都拿捏得好好,唔會令食物過熟,而且都好地道,絕對值得再黎👍🏻

今日收工有點攰,見間餐廳的串燒幾吸引,決定入去試下。先來說說這裡的招牌菜式都好多選擇,以串燒為主,即叫即燒,未食已經聞到陣陣串燒香味。決定叫左幾串來試:燒魷魚及魷魚鬚爽脆可口,除咗用汁燒,仲灑上孜然同辣椒粉,好鮮彈牙,唔會燒得過老而好硬,燒得啱啱好!最讓我印象深刻的是燒日本特級一口和牛粒,肉質十分鮮嫩,肉質十分鮮嫩,咀嚼起來毫不費力,唔會太鹹,必食!我最鍾意食有骨嘅野,尤其雞軟骨,脆卜卜有咬口,再加多少少孜然同辣椒粉就更好!每樣都味道剛好適中 ,仲有燒流心芝士年糕,火候剛剛好,外脆內juicy!土豆片及豆卜,都好惹味香口,水準都算唔錯,有驚喜!
