睇過黄埔「谷友」成日有人話呢間好食,依家嘅另一半好鍾意食串燒,由其是「辣」嘅串燒,已經試過區內幾間,今次特登行遠啲試吓呢間「串」門子。去到見有一枱四人,一個單丁,就知生意好一般,以前揸車經過生意好似沒那麼差。二口子叫左十幾串~選埋中辣,加二支啤酒。以串燒店嘅上枱速度佢哋算好快。個店員放底一盤串燒,我見串燒上沒有什麼辣椒粉的顏色,即時向店員要求辣椒粉,佢第一時間用一啲面色加表情好唔耐煩回答我:「入面已經有落,夠晒架喇」!我都講過我條女好「辣」,咁耐以嚟所有酒樓食肆,我哋要求要辣椒油辣椒粉真係從未有人會拒絕過,真係唔怪得叫「串」門子,跟著我地食左幾啖,啲嘢莫講話唔辣,直頭無味,我今次直頭行過去再一次要求辣椒粉,今次佢當然有俾。 講到食物,熱度係夠,但係所有肉都係好硬,燒到完成無水份。 埋單承歡顧三佰幾,我睇返張單,咁嘅位置,咁嘅服務態度質素,竟然要加10%服務費。真係多謝晒⋯⋯

必嘉街的串燒店,店仔細細,旁邊是地盤圍板,不算是最理想的環境,但串燒的確出色,很有重慶風味。尤其燒牛舌,又軟又香,吃得出是上佳部位,燒茄子惹味,連皮也可以吃,亦有麻辣燙,湯底又香又辣。要負評可能是燒雞中翼,外皮香脆,但中間很淡,另外雞肉串及五花腩,肉切得比較細,燒完有點太乾。

望海景嘅餐廳平時就去得多,唔知望後巷嘅餐廳大家又去過未呢?雖然餐廳比較細,但係環境乾淨,同埋落order 都係用電話好方便。每一次食串燒都一定要嗌雞軟骨+雞腎($78/6串),同埋燒茄子($36)。個燒茄子真係好正,落足蒜蓉,食落去又唔會太too much。雞軟骨同雞腎都唔錯,不過冇乜調味,少少dry。另外嗌咗燒魷魚鬚、雞中翼,棉花糖多士,冬菇同埋芝士年糕。特別推介棉花糖多士同埋個芝士年糕,棉花糖溶得來又有口感,個芝士年糕溶得來又有得拉絲,超級鍾意。呢間餐廳好適宜約埋啲朋友一齊嚟食,環境輕鬆又有風味,價錢都合理👍🏽
