To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

噚晚（24-12-2024 Tue）平安夜，同老公喺麥當勞輕食完，就嚟呢喥飲個熱湯，我哋嚟到時都好多人但仍有位，坐低後老公出去買嘢，之後佢打俾我，問我三文魚沙律同黑毛豬火腿無花果沙律，我揀後者。佢買咗返嚟，話冇晒酥皮湯，但就買埋$16.00嘅原味希臘乳酪。我哋先食$43.00嘅黑毛豬火腿沙律，睇張單，係黑毛豬松露火腿沙律，落咗芝麻沙律醬就食得。一食，就係鹹，蒜蓉多士粒已經有啲唔脆，黑毛豬火腿就只一片，完全食唔到松露味，沙律菜正常冇問題。上次食評係2024年10月20日刊登嘅呢篇：https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/b-%E8%87%AA%E5%B7%B1%E9%85%8D%E6%96%B9%E5%98%85%E7%89%9B%E8%A7%92%E9%85%A5-e5735562
