如名題,真係好多人去買。食店開6pm, 我6:30pm去到,佢已經講話清緊what’s app d單,宜一刻落order最快8pm先拎得。但我見既然甘多人食,我點都要試下,所以都照落order。因為店主唔識睇中文,所以門外會有張紙仔俾你落單,只需寫上食物編號及聯絡電話,再交給店主,佢哋就會幫你排單,到煮好咗之後佢會打俾你叫你拎得,唔使自己企喺度呆等👍🏻店外面,有啲枱仔同膠凳,有啲人會選擇開枱,喺嗰度門口食飯,而我就決定外賣。我叫咗兩個炒飯,加一個炒菜加一個炸蠔餅,全部味道都中上。雖然冇特別嘅擺盤,只係用外賣盒裝住,但都食得出原汁原味嘅泰國菜👍🏻重點係佢嘅價錢十分平民,絕對冇獅子開大口👍🏻 continue reading

一間要等1-2小時嘅泰菜外賣店,大家都好奇,究竟值唔值得等?好唔好味?等我先來個結論:值得一試👍🏻今次只點了Pad Thai 和招牌泰式蠔餅,各有特色,唔覺得有驚豔嘅感覺,但以這個價錢這個質素,係有水準的。兩公婆用心經營,對食材有堅持,烹調方法亦有講究,食物質素拍得住連鎖泰菜館。會再幫襯,下次試吓其他招牌菜蠔仔蛋 $80 ✅✅✅✅如果本著潮式煎蠔餅來品嘗,好可能你會失望,因為完全兩回事。餅底比較薄,炸得香脆,使用新鮮蠔肉是其賣點,沾上泰式甜酸醬,味道不錯的。泰式炒金邊粉 $55 ✅✅✅用料十足,金邊粉夠煙韌,鍾意佢甜味比較少,辣味足夠,味道有層次。而且相對少油,唔會覺得好油膩雖然值得一試,但有幾樣野需要注意‼️1️⃣ 等候時間超長,晚上7-8點係最繁忙,等上1-2小時絕對不是容易,所以記緊要預先whatsapo/電話落單2️⃣畢竟是外賣店,要考慮路程,就算揸車🚗,其實拎到番屋企都已經凍晒,再翻熱其實都會影響風味 continue reading

話說呢次嘅食評,我去咗間好有風味嘅泰國店試吓。首先,啱啱好起錯身嘅我點咗蠔仔蛋,一上檯就聞到陣陣煎蛋香,啖啖蠔仔嘅鮮味,真係惹味過癮。另一邊廂,泰蘆筍煙肉卷真係正👍!外層嘅煙肉帶點鹹香,啃一口下去,爽口嘅蘆筍就喺口中爆發嘅汁水,我哋講嘅滿足feel嚟㗎啦!再嚟,那個炒雜菜粉絲,簡直就是韓泰合璧嘅好味道。炒得火候剛好,每條粉絲都包裹住廚師嘅用心,咬落去又香又滑,一叮那口,過癮!飯後甜品,我揀咗燒麵包班蘭醬,呢個就普通咗少少,甜得嚟又單一,食多幾口就有啲膩。不過!泰式炒飯嘅話,真係一定要讚吓!每粒飯都似乎講緊故事咁,配搭得宜嘅入味雞肉,夾雜住泰式香料嗰種香噴噴,邊食邊都差啲忘記咗我喺香港,唔係泰國街頭㗎!總之,呢趟泰式飯局,係一場「味」動心弦嘅旅程,最啱同三五知已分享。就算唔飛得咁遠,我哋都可以喺家門口捉到泰國嘅味道,揼嘅一個👌正! continue reading

早幾日食唔飽想搵下長沙灣有冇串燒宵夜無意中就發現左呢間泰式小店食完已經完全愛上😂今日聖誕節餐晚餐完全唔得🥲老公即刻就話要再黎食宵夜大蝦炒金邊粉 $55我宣布呢碟係我係香港食過最好食嘅pad thai!!佢嘅味道平衡得好好 同係泰國食嘅真係有得揮本身兩個人share 食完忍唔住再叫多左一碟 😂燒雞中翼 $12呢個失色左少少 略嫌個調味唔夠仲有呢啲前幾日食嘅🤣豬肉湯河$48又係好地道 係船河湯底好足料 有豬肉片肉丸同通菜另外串燒有雞肉$12 蝦餅$18 豬肉丸$12 豬腍肉$12其實全部都好好食不過雞肉同豬腍肉最surprise到我雞個調味最正 而豬腍肉就勁juicy真心好正 會keep住黎😋😋 continue reading
