呢間老店出名食烏冬,不過試過之後覺得味道一般,價錢都偏貴。我地一人叫咗一個烏冬,我呢個係天婦羅貝柱冷烏冬,天婦羅炸得比較油,食落亦冇咩味。烏冬係極幻身,食落冇口感同唔掛汁。感覺麻麻。反而佢個大蛤鍋有驚喜,食落好鮮甜,配菜都好入味。整體黎講,如果想食烏冬會有更好選擇。

The first one is a Chicken Udon in White Chicken Broth. It was absolutely amazing! The white chicken broth was supreme! It’s not greasy, and rich in chicken flavor. Very enjoyable to drink it alone. The pieces of chicken in it was so tender and smooth. And the udon? This is the first time that I have thin udon noodles like this, and it gave me a very pleasant surprise with its al dente texture as well as its ability to soak up chicken broth. Absolutely fantastic!

牛舌燒得剛剛好,加上甜甜地嘅蜜糖,感覺油膩感洽到好處,唯一不足就係太小啦🥲要好珍惜住咁食🐒 西冷牛排肉味香濃、但略嫌太熟令口感失色~可惜呀~不過醬汁真係好好味好清新☘️令人食完肉都唔內疚🌚

以往都十分喜歡這間餐廳,這次已經是第7次去吃飯了。(2021年10月15號晚市時間)今日夜晚客人比較多,但有幾枱疑似老闆啲朋友在場,喧嘩吵鬧,甚為騷擾,眼見在場好多食客都經常被佢地既吵鬧影響到,但並唔見佢地有想控制既意慾。佢哋分開四人一台但係走來走去互相敬酒,間中突然之間大叫,同朋友簡單傾偈都變得好困難,本來好地地嘅晚餐興致盡失。到我地埋單個刻想正接向佢地服務員反映,點知佢地態度漫不經心咁,完全冇任何回應或反饋,對於我哋嘅投訴佢一個字都冇應過,唔好意思或者係明白了解體諒嘅任何字眼都冇出現過,比起憤怒更加大嘅係失望,但係回想返其實過往嘅服務體驗其實都麻麻哋,咁其實佢哋都係維持返一貫嘅服務水平,期待佢哋有啲乜嘢可以服務到可能真係我太天真。講翻食物質素其實之前一直都係唔錯,但係後來可能間野越嚟越多人幫襯嘅關係,食物質素每況愈下,就當初第一次食好驚喜色彩非常之新鮮,去到後來慢慢感覺到佢哋嘅色彩好似有所改變,應該好鮮甜嘅慢慢變到普通質素,本來當初好新鮮嘅魚生慢慢變到一般街邊好食少少嘅日式餐廳嘅質素,各種各種都令人好失望。坦白講難得搵到一間好餐廳其實好想一直支持,但係每況愈下嘅情況越嚟越難令人去再

講翻食物質素其實之前一直都係唔錯,但係後來可能間野越嚟越多人幫襯嘅關係,食物質素每況愈下,就當初第一次食好驚喜色彩非常之新鮮,去到後來慢慢感覺到佢哋嘅色彩好似有所改變,應該好鮮甜嘅慢慢變到普通質素,本來當初好新鮮嘅魚生慢慢變到一般街邊好食少少嘅日式餐廳嘅質素,各種各種都令人好失望。

坦白講難得搵到一間好餐廳其實好想一直支持,但係每況愈下嘅情況越嚟越難令人去再忽視同包容佢嘅缺點。

打咁多字去發洩同埋分享其實都並唔係好玩,但係真係不吐不快,個人嘅唔愉快經歷俾大家借鑒,去唔去嘅就自己決定啦,好餐廳越來越少,慶幸好食嘅餐廳喺香港都唔少,並唔缺乏呢一間。

天婦羅脆醬很薄很脆,大蝦亦鮮甜彈牙🍤

烏冬是手打烏冬,相比平時的比較幼身,有冷食或熱食。本來想點冷烏冬,但因可配雞白湯😍,所以點了熱的。
雞湯濃濃的但不重味,多喝亦不膩,烏冬熱食一樣彈牙,非常好吃😍

本身天婦羅飯已不錯,但烏冬實在是太好吃。真的是沒比較就沒傷害!🤣🤣
無論如何,這是一頓愉快的午餐

最後嚟到烏冬,我上文不斷講麵,原因就係因為佢嘅烏冬食落真係似麵,仲要係可以喺佳寶買到嘅幼身家常麵,勉強可以話佢口感係有韌性嘅,但有啲韌性嘅佳寶家常麵,呢啲就係正宗烏冬?咁我真係唔識欣賞,食返啲喺759買嘅急凍烏冬好過。
4.炸雞(新用戶註冊贈送)
邊個可以諗到,最令我滿意嘅反而係送嘅炸雞,雖然佢味道單一,鹹中有些微苦味,但佢夠熱夠脆,加上其他野食嘅襯托,便顯得佢品質較好。
講完食物,我都想講埋服務,可能係忙嘅緣故,啲員工心情唔太好都可以諒解,但就特別有一位女員工,塊面黑過包青天,攞水俾客嘅時候大大力揼落張檯到,又對自己嘅同事唔友善。如果大家去食野時遇到疑似我所描述嘅女員工,可以問下佢咁唔開心,做咩唔quit咗呢份工,相信呢份工嘅薪金都唔係好吸引嘅。
最離譜嘅係,我嗰日見到佢分量偏少時仲諗住味道唔錯嘅話,仲可以加單,可惜佢嘅味道亦令我只想食完盡快走,而事關肚餓嘅緣故,我都將佢啲野食掃哂,帶住5分飽嘅感覺奪門而出。
所以如果有人想去試下間餐廳,又見到我呢個評論嘅話,請三思而後行,我同你一樣都好疑惑,既然我講到佢咁普通,點解佢仲可以有咁多笑哈哈。

想講普通到傻 叫左蕃茄湯沾烏冬 個湯淡到冇味 又話有叉燒 一睇只係一舊腩肉都不如既肉 入面得d雜菜落單又漏單 漏左個鰻魚天婦羅同燒全牛扒 問佢第一次又唔直接講漏左單 就話追一追第二次就話師傅整緊 好la 食哂烏冬先終於黎個天婦羅 但個牛都仲未到 最後仲要整錯第二款 搵店員問 一句唔好意思都冇 我話我地而家唔要 佢就就咁收走左碟野食左6百幾蚊 完全唔值!!!!!!!!野又唔好食 又漏單完全唔係好明點解有youtuber 會推介呢間野 個日本廚師咁得閒出黎吹水 不如入去幫下手整快少少d野。。。
