幾個朋友好耐冇見揀咗呢間新開嘅印尼餐廳

去過以前嗰間但新裝修呢一間好味D,製作有誠意。裝修同埋感覺都好乾淨,好似去咗一間高級印尼餐廳。


頭盤食咗個沙律,串燒,corn cake
主菜:印尼烤雞,印尼炒飯,印尼炒麵,黃薑飯配咖喱魚

每一道菜都比我預期好
好送飯,特別係串燒配啤酒一流
今個禮拜五同朋友慶祝生日都可以再嚟多次

一定要食牛肉串燒,因為真係超級好食。唔知佢點煮

Superb ambience and very nice authentic Indonesian cuisine! Definitely enjoyed my experience there and would recommend this to anyone who wanted to try delicious, authentic Indonesian food with a nice, friendly ambience. Their chicken satay is juicy, with the meat skewered to the right level of “charred” and tenderness. Another must try is their “mee goreng” or Indonesian fried noodles, which has a very nice tasty blend of sweetness, saltiness and spice - one of the best that I’ve eaten so far!

Very good service too! Me and my friends were initially seated at the entrance, since the restaurant was pretty crowded at that point in time. Their staff tried their utmost to make sure we were comfortable and offered us a more comfortable seating inside when the restaurant was less crowded. To cap it off, their owner came over and offered us a free drink and dessert after we’d finished our meal.

Will definitely go there again!

we went there as a group and sat downstairs, it was an awesome lively environment (as u expect soho to be) but not crazy noisy. loved the ambiance and vibe. the waiters were super attentive. we didnt know what to order so asked them to recommend us dishes, they just asked us what we didn't eat and how much chilli we could handle, then went ahead with helping us pick the food. loved every dish he recommended, esp the curry fish! we kept the curry after we finished the fish so we could dip roti in

I have always been a fan of 1968! Love their new location, new renovation and friendly staff.
With this new location I feel they have “upped their game” in terms of refining the Indonesian cuisine even more!

The ambience is warm and chill! Showcasing their history of this family restaurant in a rustic chic new interior.

Must try:
Pork satay
Fresh corn fritters
Laksa
Nasi Goreng
My husband loves their Durian smoothie

If you can take spice, must eat their chilli paste (Sambal)- it has a nice kick to it.

Had the best authentic Indonesian food in hk! I used to go to this Resto when it was at L place and the food is even better now in this new location! Must try the satays, chicken, fish curry and stir fried noodles. The owner and staffs are very friendly, the place is very cozy and it’s a great place for hh or dinner with some friends! Price is very reasonable for Central as the quality of the food is superb. I would definitely come visit again.

I was so excited when I heard that the restaurant reopened after a break. Now it's located on the ground floor, with a spacious area just below the escalator. They still serve their signature dishes, and the satay cooked on a charcoal grill is absolutely divine! And we can never go wrong with their flavorful nasi goreng. The food is fantastic, and the service is super friendly. I also love the new decor—it's simple yet warm, with a nice touch of friendliness. I can't wait to visit more often!

My wife & I booked a table for two - 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived, the owner allocated us a table at the basement level which he hosted a party of 16 persons. The basement is so small with low ceiling & plus a bar. What annoyed us was - the party of 16 pax treated the place like its own private function. Sure, its not their fault but its the fault of the owner & establishment because the party of 16 basically took up 90% of the dining area and created so much noise that my wife & I could not even exchange a decent conversation without having to yell out aloud. The end result was he ate our dinner as fast as we can - simply to get out of the basement. The dinner costs us HK$700 for a dining experience of ZERO. We left the feedback & asked the staff to inform the owner to call us so that we can explain the dissatisfaction but to date - he has yet to make an effort. 

Avoid going to this restaurant if you want to half a decent evening with good ambiance. Additionally, when being served - we asked the staff that brought us our dish i.e. what is this dish. The female staff said its a bit of this & that with sour taste (totally clueless). 

Never going back to substandard venue.
