$33雙拼燒味飯味道非常之好,而且量大,跟住仲要肉多。肉嘅份量好多,叉燒都有兩款,味道好肉質靚,仲包埋嘢飲有湯或者係紙包飲品。飯上面仲會淋美味醬汁同埋薑蔥,超正。日日食都唔厭。個湯雖然偏鹹少少,但係好足料,有好靚嘅豬肉,同埋冬瓜去煲湯。本人喺附近做嘢,初頭見到過鋪頭唔係太吸引 ,但係食咗一次之後,完全被吸引住,因為淨係叉燒都有兩款,有普通叉燒同埋古法黑叉燒,味道唔一樣,我個人鐘意吃叉燒多啲,燒肉嘅皮好脆,燒鴨嘅皮都清得好幹淨。 continue reading

今日買左兩隻滷水乳鴿,負責斬料既哥哥服務態度好好,俾我揀喜歡果兩隻,其他店員都好有禮貌,讓我買得開心。番屋企食過覺得係近期最好肉最入味既乳鴿。我阿媽都讚好食!值得推薦。話說我買乳鴿前,響門前望左好耐,唔知選擇邊種燒味好,店員知道我電話問緊屋企人食琵琶鴨定係鹽焗雞定係乳鴿時候,主動攞一抽乳鴿放我前面玻璃櫃,方便我做決定,真心覺得呢個服務態度好正。比起近期光顧「超人」,呢度真係俾錢俾得開心好多。希望匠心日後可以去尖沙嘴佐敦開分店啦⋯⋯ continue reading

港島東上班可謂是一個噩耗,食店林立,但在有限的時間內,往往難以尋找雅座。(1) 半肥瘦叉燒個人認為,港島區偏愛甜度較高的叉燒。在燒製時控制火侯,令外表更加金黃亮麗,變成燶邊叉燒。肉質軟腍帶爽勁,夾層脂肪香厚而不膩。(2) 燒腩骨帶骨的部位才能鎖住肉汁,肥瘦肉比例1:3,口感最好。脆皮效果雖好,但未爆出芝麻脆皮。乍眼一看,叉燒、雞都有不同製法,相對迎合舊派及新派的喜好去作出調整。整體來說,燒味做得比一般酒樓更有誠意,特別疫情期間,可以加菜回家。 continue reading

北角新開的燒味舖。同brand喺其他地區都有分店。由於北角唔多有好食嘅燒味 (個人認為),所以本著一試無仿的心態去試試。門口最突出嘅係400蚊唔駛嘅片隻鴨。諗過買隻試吓,不過自己又唔識片,所以都係費事。於是叫咗個叉燒燒肉飯雙併拎走。價錢只係廿幾蚊,開開心心返屋企試。味道都叫中上 (廿幾蚊嚟講)。正當食到尾咬到叉燒:有骨嘅😠,仲要一嘢挫咗落牙肉度😫極低級嘅問題。食咗咁多年叉燒第一次食到有骨。我係老人家咪死得?永久blacklist。(唉人哋新店一嚟就負評... sor囉) continue reading
