一人午餐有時真係吾知去邊食好,於是就去左間附近最近既板長。攞飛等左陣就入得去,店員會比部pad你點餐然後scan QR code 落單,我點左個稻庭烏冬定食稻庭烏冬定食(78元) ,成個定食賣相OK, 有個細雜菜沙津,冇乜醬,比較普通。定食通常都會跟埋碗蒸蛋,入面有一小塊魚片同蟹柳粒,味道可以。至於個稻庭烏冬,比較清淡,再配埋一碟6件壽司,份量岩岩好。總括,午餐黎講算係咁,稻庭烏冬定食比起其他定食為經濟,亦相夠飽,絕對係一人食飯既其中一個選擇。

I especially love the udon with deep fried shrimps and vegetable. The texture of their udon taste great, not too soft nor too hard. The shrimps and vegetable tastes good too. I like those slices of pumpkin and sweet potatoes best.

Other food are good too. Although they asked me to sit near the exit when there are plenty of seats inside. It is very lucky that  The chilly wind did not upset me enough to go. Well, but it is definitely a setback.

一、黑豚肩稻庭湯烏冬($78):食 壽 桃 牌 加幾片肉,七十幾文 算 很 貴!豚肉唔林唔韌唔太肥但無味,湯算清啖但可接受。

二、牛肉稻庭湯烏冬($72):重要的事要講多次,食 壽 桃 牌 加啲肉,七十幾文 算 很 貴!牛肉好肥,肥到成個湯都油哂,而且肥膏多過肉,亦唔係雪花肥膏,而啲湯係好咸。

我知!板長主打魚生、壽司丫嘛... 但啲烏冬都唔洗低質到咁呀?講到底都七十幾文一碗!

My favorite part about this place is that the wait is never too long.
What really stood out to me was the steamed egg custard, which didn't have too much of MSG and was subtly flavored with seafood.
The tempura was done very well, lightly battered so that the taste of oil doesn't overwhelm the flavors of the shrimp and other materials inside.

個人認為沙律的胡麻醬略為不足;湯麵的麵像是棒麵,加了些海帶和蔥;壽司款式一般,沒什麼特別。

刺身為三文魚及油甘魚各兩片厚切,個人較喜歡薄一些,若可以變為各四片薄切,感覺會更好。而且店內的醬油及芥末均味道較淡,薄切沾醬油會較入味,不然這款厚切版,幾乎每一口都要沾些醬油及芥末才夠味。

這天午膳來到板長壽司。板長壽司向來號稱以時令鮮魚、高級食材即叫即握新鮮的壽司。結果未知是否即叫即握的關係,致令每道壽司均以龜速上場,等得食客也謝了......下了單一會兒,油甘魚壽司出場了。油甘魚本身鮮香油潤,沒有甚麼不好吃的理由; 然而壽司飯有點鬆散,有些還邊吃邊掉下來,手握功夫勁一般。吃完油甘魚壽司,沒有想過要等那麼久才上第二款壽司的。相隔大約10分鐘才上軟殼蟹手卷; 怎料手卷裡的軟殼蟹炸粉超厚,吃起來像是油炸鬼一樣,不夠脆之餘亦完全蓋過蟹的鮮味。接著又等約10分鐘,都己經忘記點了甚麼的時候,蝦膏甜蝦軍艦及蟹肉蟹膏軍艦一起出現。兩款壽司食味鮮甜,但紫菜不夠脆,影響了整件壽司的口感。前後吃了三件壽司、一件手卷,總數$65,價錢不是貴,卻吃了整整半小時,而當時餐廳內絕非客滿,實在慢得要命。說到底,板長壽司無咩缺點,只不過出菜是「上得慢、無速度、唔夠快」罷了。 ╯_╰ zzzz

今天中午午膳,我坐在吧檯,點了一個櫻花丼午餐。落單後等了20分鐘都未上菜,我就特別留意我面前負責做刺身丼的壽司師傅(佢冇戴職員名牌),他手腳十分懶散,面前擺著幾個碗,慢慢放酸薑,慢慢放wasabi...(不是認真那種,動作很求其並且冇心機),整整下仲走咗去唔見咗人。25分鐘過去我迫不得已請服務員催促,一位經理衣著嘅男士行過去問佢食物進度,我聽到個經理叫佢“阿俊”(希望唔會冤枉錯人),他亦愛理不理。之後經理讓另一位叫阿榮的壽司師傅幫忙跟進。這位叫“阿俊”的壽司師傅不單做事慢,黑面,仲經常不時大力掟碗碟發出巨響好似在發洩不滿,我身邊的顧客都不時被嚇到抬頭望。佢嘅態度令我全程膽戰心驚唔知佢幾時又會被他掟嘢嚇親。到我已經食完我個櫻花丼埋單嘅時候,我身旁一位遲我少少入座嘅男士依然等緊佢個櫻花丼,並且也開始流露不耐煩的表情。之後埋單我亦等了大概五分鐘才找錢,期間也聽到一位女士大聲投訴話埋單太慢,但我覺得比起果嗰阿俊師傅,其他已經算小兒科。總之今次係一次頗不愉快嘅用餐,既然你對這份工作沒熱誠,就請你另謀高就,顧客不需要看你臉色,只是受氣已經飽了。我希望公司能認真看待此事,很多上班族在這一帶用午膳,如

講到食迴轉SUSHI其實香港最COMMON都係果幾間。今次行開灣仔咪走去食。首先, 排隊是常識吧。入到去就勁啦, 我睇住佢就咁拎D放到涼左既茶俾我, 茶未到枱我就叫佢俾過杯熱既俾我地, 跟住佢話好之後就做佢另外既工作, 過左成7分鐘先記番起攞俾我地, 我特燈唔提佢就係為左睇佢究竟記唔記得。講番野食。野食尼就唔差既。珍寶帆立貝幾好, 鮮味之餘有彈性。三文魚也不錯, 脂肪分佈夠均勻。火灸鰻魚壽司我覺得係最好食, 真係燒出到鰻魚應有既香味, 鰻魚入口即溶。天婦羅就麻麻, 我唔多吃到入面有味, 得炸味。魚頭就同出面放題一樣, 就咁燒完算, 無特別, 但身為sushi店我覺得尼種味唔可以接受。

去左完動漫節...餓到暈...天氣又熱, 最岩就係去食日本菜 會展附近得板長同元氣...我同朋友又想食刺身,所以都係去板長~~三文魚刺身, 中規中矩!! 佢有一系列的壽司做緊特價~~火炙三文魚,帆立貝,八爪魚etc...件件$9...水準味道都可以接受...而且真係幾抵~油甘魚骨...跟朋友都是愛吃魚的....上次試左個油甘魚頭, 正!!!今次再試呢個油甘魚骨....一樣正 見佢做緊油甘魚既promotion, 又點可以唔食丫~朋友叫原味...我叫海鹽...一樣好味~~鏗魚壽司,都唔錯,幾新鮮~~Overall...雖然唔算十級新鮮十級好味,但係以呢個價錢,有呢個味道,我個人已經好滿意呢~~另外,呢間shop既服務雖然加水唔快密..我杯茶飲完好耐唔叫都冇人主動加水...但其他service都好快手...漏左食物都好快跟返單同上菜...員工的服務態度都好好呀!!!

鏗魚壽司,都唔錯,幾新鮮~~

Overall...雖然唔算十級新鮮十級好味,
但係以呢個價錢,有呢個味道,我個人已經好滿意呢~~

另外,呢間shop既服務雖然加水唔快密..
我杯茶飲完好耐唔叫都冇人主動加水...
但其他service都好快手...漏左食物都好快跟返單同上菜...員工的服務態度都好好呀!!!

因為下大雨三號風的關係, 又因為男同事們買外賣既關係.我地兩個女人仔決定左食唔使行得遠又有瓦遮頭既板長. (我地連傘都無帶)叫左兩個set. 不過不失...同事朋友說sushi 都係不過不失, 55蚊加一, 有miso soup,九件sushi, 算係咁我個個係味之定食, 有salad, 天婦羅,刺身, miso soup 同飯 , 66加一比較驚喜係個刺長我估佢唔到都幾好食~ 有三款,都好新鮮!! 但係天婦羅有個芝士既餅...個人覺得好難食PS: 如果男仔黎呢度set lunch 其實唔會好飽, 因為份量真係剛好, 可能男仔要食多個tea 先夠就係咁,...又一日....等緊八號風~~
