近排真係好多嘢攪，勁忙之餘仲影響到心情，係呢個時間我就會買啲甜食嚟食吓令自己開心d，今次我就買咗我一向都幾鍾意食既Tomato栗子蛋糕！買呢件蛋糕最大的原因就係被大量的栗子吸引，食落口好有栗子香氣，甜度適中，栗子與蛋糕的比例亦剛剛好，蛋糕鬆軟美味，同時在數層蛋糕中更夾雜著滑溜的忌廉，而忌廉中還帶有栗子碎粒，令口感層次極為豐富，食在口中每啖都能感受到軟滑清香的栗蓉，確實令我回味無窮，唯一就是價格略為貴咗少少，如果便宜點，相信我會幫襯更多！

     It was nicely layered with soft green tea cake and pumpkin mousse garnished with cream, chocolate curls and a piece of chestnut.

     It was too sweet and the pumpkin mousse had quite a fair bit of chestnut in it too which made it extremely starchy.
    There was not enough pumpkin in this cake to taste it and it tasted more like a chestnut cake.

    最近香港掀起一陣抹茶熱，專以抹茶為賣點的甜品店漸漸冒起，翠綠的甜點賣相確是令人心動。奈何這些甜品店都離我家和工作地方太遠，身為懶人的我總是無法下定決心去朝聖面對抹茶癮發作，就只好到我家樓下的italian tomato暫時滿足一下抹茶紅豆栗子蛋糕蛋糕的賣相不俗，翠綠的顏色自然而誘人，加上雪白的奶油和蜜紅豆就是絕配看到蛋糕上的栗子已經心知不妙，只見所謂的糖栗子表面很乾，沒有光澤一吃下去，既沒有栗子的粉香，只有死實的甜味，連同旁邊的白朱古力碎和奶油也不能倖免（我是非常嗜甜的人）本以為只有頂層的味道較甜，想不到蛋糕的奶油夾層亦一樣，尤其是蜜紅豆更又甜又實，完全沒有紅豆感有的綿密。唯有可取的，應該是抹茶尚算鬆軟，帶有微微的濕潤度。至於蛋糕的抹茶香則稍為欠奉，經過和過甜的紅豆奶油合而為一後，就被掩蓋得了無痕跡。下次要吃抹茶甜點，還是不能貪方便隨意找一間止癮。畢竟那些專門的甜品店，一定是走紅得有道理的。

    一吃下去，既沒有栗子的粉香，只有死實的甜味，連同旁邊的白朱古力碎和奶油也不能倖免（我是非常嗜甜的人）

     本以為只有頂層的味道較甜，想不到蛋糕的奶油夾層亦一樣，尤其是蜜紅豆更又甜又實，完全沒有紅豆感有的綿密。唯有可取的，應該是抹茶尚算鬆軟，帶有微微的濕潤度。至於蛋糕的抹茶香則稍為欠奉，經過和過甜的紅豆奶油合而為一後，就被掩蓋得了無痕跡。

    下次要吃抹茶甜點，還是不能貪方便隨意找一間止癮。畢竟那些專門的甜品店，一定是走紅得有道理的。

      是日是我的生日前夕，女友在Italian Tomato買了一個不一樣的生蛋糕預早跟我慶祝，真是蠻surprise的。當我打開盒子，竟然是一個意想不到的生日蛋糕，不一樣的地方是女友選擇了以十款不同味道的cakes砌拼成這個色彩繽紛，味道多樣化的蛋糕，分別有Mango Mousse Cake、Blackforest Cake、Tiramisu、Blueberry Cheese Tart、Caramel Banana Tart、Chocolate Cake、櫻花芝士蛋糕、開心果芝士蛋糕、Cherry Cheese Cake及Raspberry Chesse Cake......看到女友的細心，好讓我能嚐到更多種味道的cakes，同時亦照顧到阿媽不吃cheese及怕膩的口味，多謝女友!!!!!       Raspberry Chesse Cake: 以New York cheese cake作餅底，芝士味又香又滑，口感十分creamy，而底層的消化餅亦十分鬆脆，豐富了整個餅的味道，吃落的感覺是面層實，中間軟，底層脆。再加上大大粒的新鮮raspberry，灑上薄薄的一層糖粉，只帶點點的微酸，剛好中和了cheese的膩。此外，餅邊還噴上了甜忌簾及灑上開心果碎，令presentation更好!

      Blackforest Cake: 很經典的黑森林蛋糕，勾起了無數的童年回憶，還記得小時候無論是我或弟弟生日時，家人都會買一個黑森林蛋糕給我們。是因為特別好味的原故嗎?大概不是，只是小孩子給人的感覺是較喜歡吃朱古力蛋糕吧!這個黑森林，跟平時吃到的差不多，同樣是兩層朱古力餅底夾著一層黑車厘子及鮮忌簾，蛋糕的頂層有著一片片的朱古力碎及大大粒新鮮香甜的士多啤梨，味道不錯，但沒有驚喜。大概是個人對黑森林的情意結問題，總覺得沒有黑加倫子味啫喱的黑森林不算是黑森林......
