行過Italian Tomato,醒神粉紅櫻花甜點攞到我眼,其中一款櫻花甜品,剛啱啱打落眼瞼!正所謂試食在當下,所以一嚟到呢個季節,我就俾自己一個藉口,嚟點粉嫩嫩嘅春日味覺體驗吖!😋 櫻芝撻真係夠晒粉紅得意,咬落去,焗得啱啱好嘅撻皮脆卜卜,酥脆中帶啲牛油香,真係襯到那層cream cheese,既濃郁又滑溜。嗰啖甜酸嘅蘋果粒,仲湊合埋啲嬌嫩嘅櫻花香,真係一啖一個春意正濃。又或者你鍾意啲鮮果味嘅,Summer Breeze系列咪就為你準備哂啦,就揀咗blackberry fig sesame sponge cake,望落花哨,食落清新,每層嘅雪芳都仲保持咗鬆軟,中間嘅雜莓慕絲食落又酸又甜,黑芝麻嘅香氣就幫到手,整個口味唔會太單一。無花果又甜又潤,每個成份都好似打咗招呼咁,搭配得宜。食一啖,啲口感層次分明到不得了,夠哂kick呀!總括下嚟,Italian Tomato嘅櫻花系列,外觀賞心悦目,味道又唔過甜,喜歡打卡又保持味蕾驚喜嘅你,一於過嚟試吓!🍰🍓🌸 continue reading
