📍Iwanami Japanese Restaurant Am glad to finally give this tempura omakase a try! Located at causeway bay, Iwanami is a great choice for an easy going dinner choice. The dinner menu includes 12 tempura items which is mostly seafood based with a few Japanese veggies. Every piece is fried in a specific order. The batter is thin yet retains the much needed crunch. Honestly enjoyed all items. But a few especially stood out, such as the three fishes, the huge clam and oyster. The two uni are also yum.

Am glad to finally give this tempura omakase a try! Located at causeway bay, Iwanami is a great choice for an easy going dinner choice.

The dinner menu includes 12 tempura items which is mostly seafood based with a few Japanese veggies.

Every piece is fried in a specific order. The batter is thin yet retains the much needed crunch. Honestly enjoyed all items. But a few especially stood out, such as the three fishes, the huge clam and oyster. The two uni are also yum.

It is such a bargain when compared to a number of other tempura restaurants in HK. And it is also great to see a HK local chef being such a great specialist @tempura_kaiwing

Price: HK$1410 pp (dinner)
