對上一次來中環大吉都應該是六年前了,來到這裏才知道大吉已由放題轉型為居酒屋, 轉型後的大吉經過新裝修後,以棕色木系為主調,充滿和風,令人感覺舒適。環境寬敞,燈光光猛,採光舒服。軟殼蟹牛油果卷一共有七件,而每一件都鋪滿一塊塊的牛油果,堆疊成藝術品一樣,層次分明,造型好看。牛油果果肉香濃細膩,吃起来感覺很新鮮,口感嫩滑。軟殼蟹亦炸得香口,非常好。牛舌是厚切,較平時食的厚一點,而口感亦較好,爽口有嚼強卻不韌。配上秘製燒肉汁,令人食指大動,可惜數量不多。韓國泡菜豚肉鍋冬天來個泡菜豚肉鍋能暖暖身子,湯頭微辣,配菜很豐富,有豆腐、金菇、冬菇、薯粉等等。而整個鍋的焦點就是豚肉,豚肉入口嫩滑,配上泡菜鍋很入味,也不錯。北海丼有原隻甜蝦刺身、三文魚籽、帶子、海膽、三文魚、玉子、吞拿魚等等。刺身都是厚切的,而刺身色澤都橙紅剔透,沒有魚腥味。海膽味道正常,絕無任何腥臭味。三文魚子更是鮮甜,隨住三文魚子爆開,口腔充斥住鹹鮮!三文魚的脂肪條紋分佈平均,肉質細緻柔軟,口感軟滑,齒頰生香。總括來說,大吉由放題轉型為居酒屋,雖然不是任食,但食物質素上升了不少,對這居酒屋加分不少。

居酒屋最好的地方就是有一個蠻舒服的地方跟朋友聊天食食喝喝這樣這次來到位置中環的大吉居酒屋沒想到這裡真的有驚喜油甘魚沙津油甘魚超級新鮮入口甘甜沙津菜也是好新鮮開上沙津醬作為一個開胃菜不錯軟殼蟹牛油果卷這卷物真的好大卷足足有7件每一件都是材料滿滿的而且整個的造型也很好看軟殼蟹炸得香口加上咬到了蟹殼內的蟹膏特別好吃黑豚肉涮涮鍋(日本產豚肉)日本產的黑豚肉特別鮮甜加上了濃郁的湯底還有火鍋中有很多料十分不錯吃

之前已經試過呢度嘅放題,最近知道佢由自助餐轉型為居酒屋,便走過來試吓。餐牌的選擇很多,各類型的壽司刺身、鍋物和一品料理都有提供,另外仲有一列的廚師推介。我們點了穴子壽司和關東煮,再加一個油甘魚沙律做頭盤。油甘魚和風沙律配搭酸酸甜甜的醬汁是一個不錯的開始。油甘魚食落味道鮮美配爽脆的沙律菜,這是典型魚生沙律應有的水準。穴子壽司$68有兩條長大的鰻魚,口感軟滑,唯獨是如果醬汁再多啲就好了。這個關東煮的份量十分大,款式很多,有白蘿蔔、蒟蒻、魚板、竹輪、昆布、椰菜包等,兩個人食的話是會很飽的!裏面最好食的是椰菜包,湯底不會是做到死鹹的哪種,是吃得出很清甜用昆布做的湯,喜歡吃慣濃味的朋友會略嫌清淡,但正宗的關東煮就應該是這樣。

生日食好啲剛好呢排大吉做緊團購,就買嚟生日大飽口福一餐未食之前先去大館參觀一下,香港古蹟越來越少,大館實在值得參館👍🏻👍🏻因為有團購又係星期六,理所當然全場滿座,因為太肚餓掛住食都無咩影相,買團購前上網睇過其他人食評、都講點選食品出得慢又唔太新鮮,但抱住一試無仿心態環境都係一貫香港餐廳坐位緊迫,好在我哋三個人可以坐卡位👍🏻👍🏻第一二輪都收咗不同刺生,都係新鮮的,其他燒物同飯麵小食等出得都算快,其實唔親身試過又點去評論好唔好食物質素有水準我覺得以呢個價錢都算係咁啦我最欣賞係佢哋嘅壽司🍣

從前這裡是放題之地,今日搖身一變,成為日式居酒屋,水準看來有別於過去,主打日式料理味道又是如何呢?今晚簡簡單單的點來4款菜色:《白魚仔日本蕃茄沙律》見到白色小魚在青翠的蔬菜之間,再配上鮮橙色的冰凍蕃茄,日式沙律為晚餐正式展開序幕。《銀雪西京燒》一件又大又白的魚肉,入口有小魚骨,要小心享用。香煎銀雪魚,入口超級滑溜,有油脂,魚皮可以再煎一會,使它更脆更可口。魚之肥味,配襯沙律醬使味道更鮮。《塩燒手羽》日本人稱之手羽,廣東人稱之雞翼,現在共有兩只手羽被塩燒,燒得完全熟透,雞皮燒至金黃色,雞皮脆而肉香,還帶著絲絲的鹽味,檸檬在旁邊,可以滴少量檸檬汁到手羽上,除了減掉熱氣還可以讓雞肉鮮上加鮮。《雜錦壽司》六件壽司,分別係吞拿魚、三文魚、立魚、赤貝、、甜蝦、三文魚子,旁邊還有兩件甜蛋及小卷。赤貝爽甜,三文魚肥味,甜蝦大隻,旁邊的薑片是店員自家制,必食薑片。

男友想食壽司,我突然記起以前食過中環大吉這間放題,質素很不錯,於是上openrice看下。原來這間放題已經轉型為單點的日式餐廳。以前放題時都好吃,應該單點也不錯吧!所以便book星期六晚食餐廳的裝修也和以前不同了,高級了許多,座位舒服寬敞如果人多都有較為私人的角落餐具感覺幾高級的,讓我有點期待食物這間餐廳有很多清酒選擇,下次人多可以試下由於我地不餓,所以都沒有點很多軟殼蟹沙律$88軟殼蟹十分大隻,配上爽口的沙律好吃軟殼蟹很厚身,若有蟹膏就好了汁燒魷魚筒$98照燒汁燒出魷魚甜甜的十分易入口,魷魚新鮮不會硬,不錯雜錦壽司$258幾乎囊括曬所有熱門的壽司,分別有吞拿魚、鯛魚、赤貝、吞拿魚蓉、甜蝦同三文魚籽。款款都很新鮮。我個人最鍾意甜蝦,夠曬大隻夠曬甜呀!餐廳價錢沒有想像中貴,是滿足的一餐。

週末與好友在中環聚會,之前在OpenRice上看到大吉居酒屋,原來已轉型,沒做放題,好奇心驅使下,便訂座試試。到達後,看到店內是重新裝修,簡單雅緻,座位也比以前寬敞舒適,員工服務態度很好,細心有禮,食物質素也提升了。
