照燒法國鵝干
真係非常大塊的法國鵝肝。這鵝肝入口即溶化,口感豐富,這是一道難忘的菜式。


海膽壽司
來自加拿大的海膽壽司。海膽的鮮和海洋味道的香都可以一一感受到。


鮑魚
外面滑滑地,口感彈牙和實實地。有飽魚的口感和有海洋的味道。


西京燒銀雪魚
銀雪魚魚皮香脆,肉汁甜甜地再加上實肉既銀雪魚一大塊。這個菜非常香口。


這餐非常豐富。我們都有個很開心的晚上。

西京燒銀鱈魚是我最最最鐘意的主菜,配有沙律菜,擺盤亦非常靚,單單個款已經令人垂涎三尺,微甜加焦香的效果,入口即溶。
甜品有南瓜外觀但內裡卻是紅豆蓉,不算太甜亦不會太滯。
其實整個餐稱得上是藝術品,雖然簡約但不失清雅,會讓人流連忘返、樂不思蜀。

串燒: 厚燒牛舌、白鱔、芝士免治雞肉棒。厚燒牛舌好厚實,食落好有嚼勁,白鱔燒到外皮香脆,魚肉嫩滑,帶有少少魚香,芝士免治雞肉棒入面仲有雞軟骨,口感非常豐富,芝士同埋雞肉嘅組合好搭配,仲有配埋生雞蛋,可以令雞肉棒同白鱔入口更滑溜,多添一份蛋香。

和風海蜆木魚花湯,呢個湯好清甜,海蜆嘅鮮味同埋木魚花嘅香氣都溶入咗湯水之中,飲落好暖胃。
