烤得非常恰度好處,做到香脆之餘,又唔會有焦味。鱈魚魚干嘅魚香好香濃,絕對絕對唔係普通嘅魚干。配搭沙律醬咁食,每一啖都係享受,令我忍唔住點多咗一杯Sapporo生啤500ml ($78)。

相信師傅係一位好有技藝、對食物好有要求嘅師傅,Serve出嚟嘅刺身盤簡直可以話係藝術品:每一片刺身嘅薄度非常一致,而且係晶瑩透薄。配搭柚子醬油,令本來清淡嘅鮫鰈魚刺身提昇去到另一個層次,係視覺與味覺嘅享受。除咗魚身刺身,亦有兩塊脂肪部位,每一啖都流露出濃濃嘅魚油香,真係會想一再品嚐。大讚!

西京燒是指以西京漬醃魚肉後再直接燒的料理,呢一碟西京燒銀雪魚煮得非常之好:每一啖魚肉都充滿清甜嘅味道,加上微微嘅燒烤香味,令人會想細細品嚐每一啖,以確保冇浪費師傅嘅心思。大力推薦呢道菜,絕對值得。

免治雞肉加上厚切嘅Cream Cheese,再拎去烤,配日本蛋黃做「醬汁」,又係另一個極致嘅配搭。佢嘅免治雞肉每一啖都有軟骨,口感豐富。作為芝士愛好者,呢一款串燒令我有種飄飄欲仙嘅感覺。

以前年年都會去日本,宜家都開放左準備可以去日本玩喇,未出發之前搵返啲正既日本菜食,今次黎到呢間睿居酒屋,雖然唔係住大坑,但都特登過黎食。佢裝修好別緻,深入咗好多日本文化嘅元素,餐廳外面都係用木搭建,真係好有日本風味,而且佢話位於住宅入面,附近都好寧靜。我哋今晚點咗好多唔同小食,前菜有辣味螺,係凍食,好適合送酒。日本菜點少得刺身,推薦牡丹蝦,非常大隻,蝦肉飽滿,蝦頭仲有好甜既膏,非常鮮味。另外仲推薦銀雪魚,個皮煎得好脆,啲肉入口即化。

今日放工打完網球之後成身汗好想去食野獎勵自己因為放工之後減肥減到好辛苦。辛苦背後要去一間高級居酒屋,友人提議去大坑搵嘢食,果然去到嗰度有一間隱世居酒屋,入到去好有日本風味。我哋食咗好多好多嘢,包括雞軟骨,白鱔串燒,最令我心動的,要算是象拔蚌刺身,因為拎出嚟嘅時候個象拔蚌仲係郁緊!!!但係佢已經切成為一絲一絲了,平時見到魚生刺身條魚仲郁緊,但係而家見到切咗成羅白斯的象拔蚌仲係郁緊,真係令到我哋覺得太神奇了,太殘酷了!另外,我哋亦都食咗佢哋嘅拖羅刺身,深海池魚。這些刺身都很新鮮,食咗咁多生嘢,當然要食返啲熟嘢啦,我哋叫咗最基本的銀鱈魚,佢啲鱈魚都燒到入口即溶。最後因為食到仔仔地所以我哋都係叫咗一碗紫菜湯嚟溼下個口,咁就完成完美嘅一日。

主菜賣相完勝😋 海膽無壓味(特別要寫,因為有些魚生飯會用不新鮮的材料去做),蟹肉和三文魚子好送飯,牡丹蝦新鮮爽口,整體而言是十分滿意的!


如果可以有不配烏冬的選擇更好,價錢既可稍為調低,而且現時份量挺大,雖然有送上水果,讓我稍稍解膩,但相信不少女生都會食唔晒呢!
