To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 瑤柱灌湯餃(頂點)
傳統廣東點心灌湯餃多數係餃浸湯,另有吃不浸湯,兩款食法都係一樣餡和湯送嘴,滋味無比。
柱侯牛雜(頂點)
話說清朝佛山祖廟附近三元里開食店嘅廚師梁柱侯,被佛山三品樓聘為廚師後繼續研究出適合炆牛雜嘅柱侯醬汁,吃出好味道。
水滾香片茶靚 🫖
總結除咗一盅兩件,唔使辛苦同人迫,聽吓隔離枱談論嘅話題長知識都夠唔錯
1)有乳豬- 🐷好鬼細隻,兩件起三件止。
2)冬瓜盅 - 呢個要預訂,咁多個餸係最好味㗎喇,裏面啲蝦仁瑤柱帶子都好足料。
3)鮑魚仔 - 睇落似係罐頭鮑魚,冇乜特別
4)瑤柱豆苗 - 豆苗好多,瑤柱到唔少
5)炒班球翠玉瓜 - 炒得幾惹味
6)蒸斑球 - 板球啖啖肉,蒸出嚟嘅汁,都可以用嚟撈飯
講真啲餸就普通啦,都算幾抵食,估唔到呢間翠園裏面咁大,雖然服務人手好似唔係好多,但係態度都幾好,我哋都唔使等好耐就有得食。

晚市八點入席,俾咗張籌之後完全冇人帶位,要客人自己搵位對號入座,非常搞笑。
menu得一頁,初頭見到仲以為係套餐menu,點知係正式嘅menu⋯落order之後過咗20分鐘先上菜。
可能樓面/廚房人手唔夠,咁如果唔夠人好心就唔好開晚市啦,見其他comment早市/午市叫點心質素都好過呢個晚市碩果僅存式菜單,真係出去食雙餸飯質素都同呢到差不多。
雖然每次菜式都係差唔多、但環境和服務都幾好~絕對係飯局不二之選!
飯後每人點碗蛋白杏仁茶、大滿足👍

由於酒樓位於商場內,人流多,所以等位都少不免,不過好快就有位。酒樓有多盞吊燈,華麗又不俗氣。

香麻叉燒酥($28-HKD),鬆化又多料,正😋
鮑魚汁炫花生鳳爪($48-HKD),飽汁夠味,而鳳爪又好入味,軟硬度適中。
雪山叉燒餐包($28-HKD),個包好足料,叉燒好惹味。😋
小心流沙包($28-HKD),流沙包熱辣辣好味呀,有流心的,若然個皮再薄少少就更好😍
原隻鮑魚燒賣($48-HKD),雖然只有2隻,但每隻都好大隻,味道不錯。😋
香煎蔥花蝦米腸 ($32-HKD),腸粉煎得很香口,熱辣辣,不錯。
媽媽生日,我們來 MOKO翠園慶祝,點了以下的:
#叉燒皇:2分肥8分,肉汁滿滿,不會過甜(很怕吃太甜的叉燒!),好味!
#脆皮豉油雞半隻:餐牌上有玫瑰豉油雞和脆皮豉油雞2款,脆皮貴10元,果然是脆皮好吃!
#原隻鮑魚粉絲煲:鮑魚 overcooked,有點韌,失準;粉絲很入味,夠乾身,好味。
#清蒸沙巴海斑:火侯控制得宜,魚肉很嫩滑,餸飯一流!😋😋😋
#瑤柱上湯雜菜煲:差不多每次吃晚餐都會點這個,水準保持,口味清淡,食物豐富。
#桃包:點了半打,好味又好意頭的飯後甜品。
吃得開心的晚餐。
