To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去親戚百日宴啊！佈置得唔錯！雖然飲宴間間都差唔多，但係都做個記錄先！影咗大部份餸菜嘅相，可以俾大家參考吓！餐牌（13味）紅雞蛋加子薑（子薑好甜好食）金豬海鮮西蘭花玉環瑤柱炸鮮奶蝦球（蝦球唔錯）🥈鵝掌鮑魚片(鵝掌滿分）🥇甜點（中間嗰款好脆好好食）🥉侍應極力推介，上菜嗰陣係咁話好食！百日宴裝飾（QQ)兔仔做主題，再加埋氣球裝飾！今日唔係影晒全部相，因為影影下唔記得咗🤣但係都照頒獎啦🥇🥈🥉
