鄰近的客人上了一道菜,侍應即時在食物上點火,燃燒食物,想不到三寸高的紅紅烈火,超過半分鐘還未停止,而侍應卻第一時間離開。不知是我以前的食市小心,或是我危機感過高,未遇過侍應在火未熄滅前,便遠遠離開,若果食物意外地番倒,後果如何?侍應是否趕得上跑來幫忙?現況客人不多,侍應還有時間與客人傾談也是如此,將來滿堂客人,迫在一起,侍應更忙,便更不敢想像了!


疫情下要加倍注意衛生,想不到不足五尺高的裝飾牆也是滿報塵埃,這個級數的酒樓便接受不了。

依間酒樓星期六日平時係要等位嘅,唔知點解星期六嘅1:30唔使等位好快就入到去啦。茉莉青檸茶,個杯幾靚,味道偏甜,飲唔出有咩茶味。水果紅茶,都係味道好甜,份量都幾多,水果有青蘋果、蘋果同埋橙,我覺得啲飲品麻麻地。叉燒酥整得好鬆脆,個皮好好味,唔會太厚粉,啱啱好。酥皮蛋撻個蛋好滑,係新鮮熱辣焗出嚟嘅。煎釀三寶份量好多,都幾好味,蝦膠好彈牙。蝦餃材料新鮮,皮都唔會太厚。青瓜撈豬肚,我覺得豬肚切得有啲大嚿。春卷炸得好脆,加埋沙律醬都幾好味。豬肚燒賣麻麻哋,個豬肚有啲腥。珍珠雞入面冇蛋黃嘅,不過有瑤柱,我覺得一般啦。依個脆脆蝦腸粉唔錯,最緊要係啲蝦夠新鮮。雷沙湯丸個皮好濕,我覺得一般好食。埋單食咗$600,點心都唔錯啊!

早排試完八月花午市點心,覺得有驚喜依家晚市有做折更加抵,一於要試埋本身叫菊花茶,店員推介依款有埋杞子明目,果然唔錯,又有菊花香又有杞子少少甜味蕃茄浸豆苗真係好少見,原因係兩者真係唔多夾,味道完全分離。。。但個豆苗同蛋白係唔錯,唔算太老身本身想叫炒飯,但見到佢依個桶仔飯又好特別,加左薑汁煲,啖啖薑味,鐘意食薑既人就會好鐘意唔覺意又叫多左碟蛋添。。。但真係好足料,炒埋d 菜都尚算滑,只係煙三文魚真係鹹左d最後上埋藕片~~勁大碟,准山同藕片份量都好多,但炒得都幾好食,又唔多油整體八月花不論點心晚飯都唔會令人失望,趁依家有折真係要食多幾轉~~~

聽朋友說這間餐廳不錯,於是便相約來這裏共度晚餐。魚肉羹拆了魚肉,配上了竹笙和蔬菜,湯羹呈綠色,像一塊翡翠,賣相不錯。喝時加上了胡椒,劈了魚腥味。一口喝下去,有很多魚肉鮮嫩,竹笙爽口,形成對比,增加了口感。帶子蒸豆腐豆腐很嫩滑,想一不小心就要滑進食道似的,帶子蒸得剛剛好,很嫩,很爽口,鮮甜,加上了豆豉的醬汁,很美味。醬油雞雞肉嫩滑多汁,皮爽口,充滿了雞油香。煮這雞的醬油帶有甜味,加上酒的香氣,很好吃。
