Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左兩個蒜茸炒時蔬,蒜茸味足夠,可惜火喉不足。但都炒得算冧既,至少芥蘭同西蘭花都無硬到咬唔開。
冷香脆小菜,就是凍盤,有冬菇,青瓜同類似雪耳既物體,味道都香既,開胃。
秘製醬烤豬蹄,非常好味!本身豬蹄好嫩,用薄荷葉包住,加上醬汁,味道好豐富,甜酸辣都有,但又好配合。值得推介
另一個推介之選係炙燒松露黑豚肉,上菜時仲係燒緊,即上即食會剛剛好,豚肉多汁,同黑松露非常搭,松露既腥味都唔見左!
加拿大龍蝦肉炒鮮奶,睇落似沙律,其實係鮮奶,味道唔錯,鮮奶香,龍蝦肉足而且新鮮。少少濕既炒鮮奶配上脆口炸條,軟硬兼備,口感一流。
呷醋魚伴手指茄。中間有乾冰,上菜時一淋水一堆煙飄岀來,小朋友睇到嘩嘩聲,好開心!不過條魚比較細,但黑醋味濃,糖醋魚既朋友。可惜茄子是凍盤,不是太對我口味。
煙三文魚酸菜炒蛋,無咩太特別,不過蛋係炒得夠滑,同三文魚好夾。
戒米楊洲炒飯就好特別,雖然是叫炒飯,但一粒飯都無,又會食到飯既口感。幾特別,值得一試。
至於極品醬油炒飯就幾失望,只係得咸既醬油味,無其他味道,唔算好味。
總括來講成餐都好好味,埋單2千蚊左右,又食得飽,可以再食!
I loved the crispy rice flour roll - deep fried seafood roll wrapped in rice flour sheet. Great combo of texture. The steamed turnip was all about shredded turnip with intense flavor and aroma. The chicken with fish maw was probably the one of the best in town. The fish maw was of good size and thick, and the chicken was tender and tasty. Various steamed dumplings are of high quality. The fried noodles with shredded pork and bean sprouts was above average with generous serving of chives but somehow lacked wok fragrance...
Service - good
Ambience - very nice - extremely high ceiling and felt spacious
Conclusion - the #1 place to have dim sum in Tung Chung.

(很不錯,之前未食過慢烤,這個慢烤令到鴨肉很嫩滑,肉身仲係有少少粉紅。鴨皮烤得很脆。白包都好食。。。。如果配料再多幾款就更加好)

(食過2次,但上次多湯啲。可以分到4碗,今次分3碗,所以份量好唔穩定。。。龍蝦湯好飲,所以愈多愈鍾意。。鴛鴦飯都好特別,其中一種好QQ,好正。而且海鮮都多,好多大大舊蟹肉,正😋)

We ordered the following dishes:
- mixed roast meat platter
- daily soup
- deep fried prawns with pickled ginger
- fish with sweet corn sauce
- sweet and sour pork with pineapple
- fried rock rice with egg white and corn
- fried rice in soy sauce
- fried diced cauliflower with BBQ pork, egg and prawn
For dessert we shared:
- panfried pancake with peanut, sesame and shredded coconut ; and
- black sesame dumplings
The meal was nice overall. The serving portion for the fish with sweet corn sauce was a bit small, compared to other restaurants. The presentation of the mixed roast meats was so-so and the portion size also small (but it tasted nice). The daily soup was delicious. My favourite was the cauliflower fried rice - tasty and healthy👍🏻!
I would come here again, but perhaps need to order more food or ask for larger serving sizes.
PS - the ladies toilet is a disaster. They really need to clean it more often 👎🏻
好多人, 星期五晚訂左檯都要等一陣, 坐低即刻落order, 簡簡單單諗住叫個套餐應該穩陣, 至少唔洗等好耐, 點知我錯了.
先黎個龍蝦蛋白燕窩湯, 味道好淡. 跟住上左碟菜同蝦碌. 碟蝦都OK, 尚算彈牙同入味. 再黎個單尾瑤柱蛋白炒飯, D飯又乾又硬. 炒飯黎左反而條魚同燒味仲未黎. 上完頭先果四味菜之後就不停等等等等等, 催左唔知幾多次, 等左差不多一個鐘先黎條魚, 啱啱蒸好係好食的, 都好大條同好滑, 但實在等得太耐. 個燒味仲離譜, 食晒條魚再催左幾次唔知又等左幾耐都未黎, 叫佢上埋甜品先, 個燒味終於黎左, 叉燒係熱架喎, 唔係而家先燒丫麻, 等到無晒心情食啦, 打包算啦.
不過新開實係咁架喇, 甩甩漏漏,遲D我會俾多次機會佢既, 因為要用埋張$300 coupon 丫麻.
平時光顧都是單點,今次同兩姥吃飯,應該要完整一點,他倆也很滿意!
在這區很缺集團式酒樓,所以過了頭圍晚飯時段都要等位,最後不想兩姥久等,就接受了近門口又細的二人枱。
因為新開,裝潢設計也很有風格,很有格調。跟上一手傳統中菜廳不同。店內還會播流行的英文歌,簡直中西合璧。
因為之前都有試過它的姊妹店,食物味道比不上旺區的分店,但都保持到應有的水準。希望營運多一段時間會追得上其他店吧!
下次會再去試早茶時段。
