To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不想用腦想菜式，就點了四人套餐，有湯，有海鮮，有菜也有甜點！不錯平時光顧都是單點，今次同兩姥吃飯，應該要完整一點，他倆也很滿意！在這區很缺集團式酒樓，所以過了頭圍晚飯時段都要等位，最後不想兩姥久等，就接受了近門口又細的二人枱。因為新開，裝潢設計也很有風格，很有格調。跟上一手傳統中菜廳不同。店內還會播流行的英文歌，簡直中西合璧。因為之前都有試過它的姊妹店，食物味道比不上旺區的分店，但都保持到應有的水準。希望營運多一段時間會追得上其他店吧！下次會再去試早茶時段。
