To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老婆大人和兩位公主行街,出街前睇到有介紹呢間燒雞好食,就揀去行跑馬地,順道試下Jikka。去到門口睇餐牌,職員已好有禮貌介紹和指示有閣樓雅座。之後我們一行人上了閣樓坐下,經介紹後,職員姐姐表示可以讓我們慢慢選擇,選好後可以按鐘仔通知她們落單。我們點選了一隻原味燒雞配薯蓉和粟米、蝦霸狗、蟹霸狗、粟米湯和菠菜意粉。粟米湯好濃郁又夠香,蝦、蟹霸狗都鮮味突出,麵包香口,職員姐姐更為我們每人遞上手套一對,以便食熱狗和燒雞。菠菜意粉味道正常,預計之內,係覺得份量少了點。最後燒雞上場,賣相一流,我都怕太熱,所以先食了其他食物先,之後食燒雞,手撕雞脾,內裡仍然很熱,肉質十分嫩滑,食入口中,很入味很juicy,皮仍香脆,一個人食一隻絕無問題,真係招牌菜。最後埋單600幾,好滿意。

成日落跑馬地都覺得無咩好食,有好多係食過一次唔會再想encore。今次路過見到間幾得意但又唔係好get到佢走咩style既餐廳就入左去試。叫左兩個set lunch, classic hot dog + 燒春雞with coleslaw出乎意料之外地好食!春雞超正片超脆同埋啲coleslaw仲好多。Set lunch跟飲品我地都叫左taiwanese oolong tea 本身仲request no sugar no syrup 餐廳負責人(應該係老闆)就同我地解說話呢間餐廳係promote低糖、低鹽、少油,所以茶都唔會落糖或者其他化學物,會用花本身既花香同甜味。It tasted super nice and refreshing!睇得出老闆好有heart! 另外聽到隔離枱贊啲咖啡好飲,但因為飽得滯無叫到,下次再去encore時再試!

燒雞真係做得好好,性價比高。其他的也十分有驚喜。蘑菇湯真材實料,同出邊嗰啲真係好唔同,食到蘑菇鮮味唔係奶味主導。沙律新鮮份量極大,足夠三至四個人食。燒排骨個表面乾咗少少但係加返bbq source 就可以,肉係juicy 同tender, 正過坊間啲大牌連鎖美式餐廳。今晚打風冇乜人,坐得好舒服,唔知平時人多閣樓會唔會有侷促?下次再試就知🤣
