To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自己黎左呢度食個悠閒午餐,工廈裏別具一格的裝橫,好有文青Feel,空間感又幾大,坐得算幾舒服、優閒,,叫左個手打蘑菇湯,冷泡台灣紅烏龍茶,大蝦香蒜橄欖油意粉手打蘑菇湯一黎到,熱辣辣,燙到飲唔到,要放一陣涼D先飲到。飲落顆粒分明,滿滿蘑菇粒,好有飽足感,飲完都飽左一半!大蝦香蒜橄欖油意粉好重橄欖油味、蒜味,大蝦幾嫩滑,意粉軟硬度適中,味道唔錯,只係略嫌份量少了一點。但因為之前個湯的緣故,已經啱啱好,再多都食唔落了。冷泡台灣烏龍茶,清新、淡淡茶味、正好解一解油膩。 continue reading
