剛剛到越南蜆港旅行,回來後對越南美食還是念念不忘,所以專誠相約朋友到铜鑼灣永光中心再次品嘗越南美食。店舖面積雖然不大,但勝在装修雅緻兼帶有少許歐陸味道。頭盤先來一份牛油鷄翼($85),大大隻的鷄翼炸得金黄香脆,配一碟甜酸醬,甜酸醬的味道能帶出炸鷄翼的甘香。大大碗鷄絲湯河($88),足夠二人份量,湯底味濃可口不帶味精,可加入少許牙菜仔一起吃,但我並不喜歡牙菜的味道,祗喜歡放少許紅辣椒和檸檸汁。越南菜來說價位不算一般,但勝在環境適合與朋友聊聊天、靜一靜。

我平時很少食越南菜,今日lunch時又唔想去茶餐廳食,碰凑见到這間JK Kitchen又幾特別,就這樣情况下,今日居然食了個 越南菜作午餐。這裏環境舒適, 裝修色調以淺色為主, 清新得嚟又有格調,坐落感覺寫意自在。餐牌的 set lunch有多款選擇,因呢幾日食得紅肉類太多, 見到餐牌有燒魚可選,心中忽然想食魚,結果揀了越南色的是令燒魚和一杯凍的滴滴咖啡。落單不消片刻,侍應很快拿來這碟燒魚, 一陣濃烈的煎香魚味,令食慾大振。確實燒得不錯,賣相好掂。食落味道估不到這樣鮮甜, 魚肉質嫩滑,好似清蒸一樣滑,燒魚做到這水準確是難得。食了一半,發現魚肚內原來還用了香茅之香料醃製,難怪燒魚味道咁香,絕對是又香又脆又滑又甜,越南色燒魚竟然味道如此出眾,下次一定要再食。

約佐幾個fd去銅鑼灣食飯,朋友帶佐我地去呢間JK Kitchen。裝修ok, 環境唔錯。我地試佐個廚師推介既菠蘿豬頸肉炒飯,好味,炒得夠乾身,一粒一粒飯分開,配料十足,塊豬頸肉仲好香口,有少少脆,唔錯!另外,仲叫佐老闆娘抄米粉,相比豬頸肉炒飯略為遜色,配料切得太大,夾到配料都未夾到米粉,鹹佐少少咁la, 同埋份量比較適合女士。我地仲叫佐個米紙卷同春卷。本來係想食雞翼ga, 但望一望個價錢就打消念頭,4隻雞中翼收八十幾蚊,我諗食完會識飛。除佐沙冰,其他野飲半價。飲品係最差既一樣野。我地叫佐珍珠奶茶,仙草奶茶,香芋奶茶同一杯熱飲。三杯奶茶都唔同味,一杯好甜,一杯無味,一杯比較正常但佢d珍珠係霉霉地既,講真,街邊貢茶做得比佢更好。仲有,不得不提,杯仙草奶茶既仙草係帶有酸味, 食完成餐飯我就胃痛,可能我接受唔到帶有酸味既仙草,應該短時間內唔會再去呢間餐廳。

今日約左朋友一行4人食飯,有個朋友想試下依間餐廳,我地都無咩所謂,咁就book左8點鐘去食,去到見到門面裝修都不錯,內部環境很好,感覺好舒服。跟住揀左1份越式豬頸肉炒飯,1份越式炒米粉,1份紙包卷,跟住原本想叫1份牛油雞亦,但我多口問句係咪雞全亦,佢話係雞中亦,諗諗下叫唔過八十幾蚊得4隻雞中亦,結果轉左要越式烤炸春卷,越式豬頸肉炒飯個飯細得可憐,1人得匙,個豬頸肉係好味既,炒米份粉味道可以,但每款八十幾蚊個飯既價錢,d份量實在太少,好唔抵食。另外兩款小食都過得去,跟住食完野,見佢飲品半價,原價三十幾蚊杯,每人叫左1杯,兩杯珍珠奶茶,1杯香芋,1杯香草奶茶。朋友杯珍珠奶茶黎到,我見d珍珠咁大粒既,跟住佢試左一啖話d珠好似怪怪地同奶茶無味,我又試左1啖,d珍珠發到林曬...我杯香草奶茶飲1啖甜到好似飲糖水咁,d香草又怪怪地,結果我飲左少少就唔飲。整體依間餐廳原全食唔出越式風味,試完一次咩都夠啦。無下次。。。

個茶壺好靚,第一次飲薰衣草加桂花呢個既配搭,聞上去系清香的薰衣草但原來入口系苦苦地,不過用花草消滯,為呢餐飯畫上的完美句號!

整體上,環境漂亮,休閒地聚餐,食物推介豬頸肉沙律和薄餅!

今天因為和舊同事相聚, 故此來到銅鑼灣尋找美食. 朋友說之前去過登龍街有間樓上越南餐廳, 覺得食物美味, 可以一起再去品嘗. 來到這間餐廳午飯. 由於是已是兩點多的時間, 剛好餐廳有位子不用等候. 坐下後侍應都很用心介紹餐廳的食物, 因為個人很喜歡吃火車頭的關係, 我點了生熟牛肉湯河, 而朋友則叫了雞絲湯河, 然後我們還叫了一客牛油雞翼.大概等了7-10分鐘後, 食物便陸續上桌了. 生熟牛肉湯河的分量十分足夠, 牛肉的質感也很新鮮, 而且伴碟的芽菜都很爽口. 而朋友的雞絲湯河的賣相觀感也是很飽滿, 我問他覺得味道如何, 他說和上次一樣保持水準. 不用10分鐘便吃了大半, 令我也 feel 到對方應該是很滿足吧. 而牛油雞翼是十分冶味的. 雞翼炸得很脆皮之餘又不會油膩.至於飲品, 朋友點了凍檸茶, 我則叫了杯 "月亮咖啡". 咖啡上桌時還在滴漏中, 等待了一會後便可以倒進冰杯裡, 喝起來苦中帶點微酸, 正合我的口味呢.
