雞脾拼雞胸大份 濃味偏甜又有香辣味有小小麻麻地,但又唔會太辣。入面既雞肉同雞塊都好大舊同好入味件件都排滿醬汁。份量一點都不小,覺得有4-6人份量,仲有入面有好多配料,有洋蔥,大蒜,大量芫茜同香菜。我地一行2人其實叫個細都夠食了。 麻辣蕃茄湯,食到咁上下我地加入湯底轉做打邊爐,蕃茄湯好有風味小小似東陰工風,開開胃胃濃濃茄湯味。叫左極品雙拼牛小份,但份量都唔小有2款牛,分別係牛頸脊同安格斯。安格斯比較多油脂,入口軟滑淋身D有油香。而牛頸脊牛,肉質密度較高肉味濃厚一點。 手打四寶丸,有墨魚丸,雞肉丸,同豬肉丸。粒粒都彈牙爽口。每人一粒試晒4款。 仲叫左樽仔好茶同可樂。好茶好飲唔會過苦剛剛好。食雞煲飲可樂就最爽。 continue reading

天冷必食打边炉~返工到金钟附近试一下这家以鸡煲著称的【尚上下夏】。离港铁金钟站步行不到1公里,交通超级方便~在门口就闻到了超香的味道,超级期待! 他们家的装修相当港风,又不失一些西式的风格~一落座便有服务生给上全套的料碟,他们家的香油真的特别的够味!!!小米辣也非常棒~ 因为非常喜欢吃鸡腿和鸡胸,所以要了大份的鸡煲,第一次来试,所以要了微微辣~鸡肉特别的香,而且不会很辣很咸,味道刚刚好! 还点了他们家的新品,限定牛肉卷和红酒猪颈肉,涮起来真的敲好吃!!!特别是猪颈肉,强烈安利! 对啦,我们还点了两种凉菜,卤牛腱和卤鸭件,味道也炒鸡够味! 顺带说一句,这边其实挺适合三两好友,放工过来吹水~很有pub的感觉! continue reading
