「傳統印度芝士藏紅花丸子」
富印度特色的甜品,芝士球浸泡在甜奶當中,有藏紅花的香味,口感又特別,是不錯的餐後甜品
「朱古力奶昔」、「芒果奶昔」
賣相講究,連芒果奶昔都有精緻拉花,十分難得。當然,兩款飲品的味道也很好。
其實,除了一般西餐之外,印度菜也是一個不錯的選擇。

好耐未食過印度嘅buffet啦,今日搵咗灣仔呢一間試吓,個buffet包埋嘢飲,亦都包你又唔叫Naan。 我覺得食印度嘢最好呢就係飲返杯Mango lassi。 呢度個MangoLassi 我覺得偏甜咗。 講返啲buffet嘅菜啦,有雞有羊有齋,都幾齊全。咩價錢食到咁多唔同嘅嘢都算係幾好呀,因為其實喺香港食印度嘢都唔算話特別平,你出去點一個印度菜,其實都成$100一份。咁今日以咁嘅價錢,食到咁多種類都算係咁㗎啦! 味道都還可以啦!咁地方又好乾淨。地點喺2樓,所以你入咗棟商業大廈然後坐電梯上去!

咁老闆推介啦如果未食過印度菜嘅人呢就 一定要試吓佢哋嘅脆炸厚圓球, 咁就一杯係橙色一杯係綠色嘅醬汁, 要將呢一個醬汁倒入去圓球入邊一口吃..

最近去咗灣仔樓上試咗個印度午餐自助餐,星期一至五只要158蚊,飲品任叫,真係幾抵,唔怪得知樓上餐廳都咁多人。自助餐有好豐富嘅選擇,首先有poppadum配各種醬料。仲有新鮮嘅沙律同埋熱食。當然唔少得甜品。同水果西瓜。一坐低我同朋友就叫咗 Mango lassi,有別於好多印度餐廳,唔會好甜膩,而且造型幾靚。Samosa同Bhaji配薄荷汁都幾開胃。熱食方面,炸魚魚肉外脆內軟,食落好有口感。雞肉唔乾,仲有少少辣,啱晒我胃口。羊肉好軟稔,食到停唔到。自助餐仲可以叫個Naan,酥軟香口,我哋揀咗蒜味更加香。而家先知原來Naan 可以加芝心,食完真係好滿足。甜品Phirni 嘅奶油好香,食完好滿足。臨走之前,我又叫咗杯 Masala tea,有豆蔻、薑同肉桂,配牛奶同糖,對印度人嚟講,呢杯茶又暖身又解壓,有益又好飲。
